Order placed online. One pizza and one order of cinnamon sticks. Was given estimated pickup time of 5:38. Pizza was finally ready at 6:22. No leadership or manager in sight. This kind of thing has happened before, and thus I will not be returning.

This used to be a pretty good pizza place but they continually get orders wrong and don't care if you actually get your pizza delivery. Management isn't very nice. It's a shame.

Not sure why I ordered from Marco’s again. It’s been a while because of bad service. I ordered tonight. They definitely lie about delivery. Called the store after waiting 30 minutes past promised time. They answered and said my address and said it was on the way. Mind you we live 3 -4 miles from the store. It’s now been 30 minutes and still no pizza. I’m sure it’s cold by now. Never again!I just called again and he told me it went out 7 minutes ago. I replied so the first guy lied to me. Just tell the truth. This place is the worst!

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE!! Do not order from these people! Manager is also a asshole.. did nothing to help. We just ordered pizza from here and took way longer than the expected time. 12:31 we placed the order..promised time was 1:01 and got here FINALLY AT 1:50 .... There was no remorse and nothing to make the experience better. Not to mention the pizza tasted bad. We even went up to the shop and back because they said the delivery was on the way so we turned around went back home and when we came back GUESS WHAT!? ...still no pizza. Literally go to any other pizza place but here.
