Whoever made the decision to make the menu virtual should have checked the cell signal in the store first. If I can’t see the menu I will not be ordering from Papa John’s. And price changes are not an excuse. You can use a digital screen. The counter help was no help.

Papa John's is playing some kind of mind freaking game. They don't cut the heart shape pizza into pieces , basically making you and your lover destroy it. It was mind blowing, plus the delivery guy was very nonchalant.

We always order thin crust and the last 2 times it was so over-sauced it was mushy. Thin is supposed to be crispy! Don't waste your time here. It is not a good location! Get Papa's from a locale that cares about the quality they put out.

Carry out is always fresh, cooked well, and hot. Got delivery once, yeah that was terrible since it was done through a delivery service (a year ago, not sure what they're up to now) Just get carry out and you'll be okay

ordered dinner there last night. pizza not bad but the pizza bowl was way over priced and not worth it. got it and the bowl was only 3/4 full. thin layer for a big bowl they ship. not worth the price for what you get. wont be ordering that again. very disappointed

It's clear this place has no quality control. Pizza arrived 1+ hour late and this is what we got. Half of the pizza had burned cheese/little cheese. Terrible. Never again.
my siblings both worked here and they ate trash. they under pay and make you work for 10+ hours. My brother worked from 3pm to 1am shifts and it was non stop work. and he would ONLY get paid 13$ an hour. and my sister only 11$ an hour. stop going here!!!!

Ordered my pizza to be delivered and by the looks of it, the pizza must have just been flying around in the car. There were more toppings stuck to the top of the box then there was on the crushed pizza...

I had a positive experience with the staff here. After an issue with a doordasher, I brought a pizza order back and kindly requested if they would remake it. They were very kind and agreed to remake my order without any hesitation. It came out promptly and we are so appreciative! I will order directly through them next time!

i’m here from out of town and I ordered a 10”inch cheese stick and a 10” Tuscan five cheese pizza. My Tuscan pizza came with no sauce and half the pizza didn’t have any cheese on it. Frisco, Texas location
