My friend and I decided to give this place a try for breakfast when we couldn't stomach the wait at another spot nearby. Now I understand why there wasn't a line out the door. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The Benedict had thick slices of ham, which was a plus, but the hollandaise sauce left something to be desired. While I appreciated the effort, it just didn't hit the mark for me. There are definitely better breakfast joints in the area that I'd be willing to wait for. However, I have to give credit where it's due—the waitstaff was a bright spot in an otherwise lackluster experience. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and really went the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable. In fact, her exceptional service was the highlight of our time there. So while I may not be rushing back for the food, I wouldn't hesitate to return for the outstanding service.
Biscuit was dry and hard as a rock. Service was slow and had to ask where toast was. Bill was wrong so watch charges.

What a fun brunch spot! Stopped by at 9:45 on a Sunday and the four of us were seated with no wait. My GF and I had a latte and cappuccino and enjoyed them both. We all tried something different and all enjoyed our choices: crepes, lemon blueberry pancakes, chicken and waffles and an omelette. We all wanted to try the cinnamon roll so we got one as an appetizer and split it four ways…perfect and yummy! We will definitely be back! Love having good brunch spots nearby.

We keep trying to have our weekend breakfast here but the service is just so inconsistent that I think we are going to drop it from our rotation of restaurants. We have had days when the service was awesome and others, like today, when we sat and waited for someone to even acknowledge us.We finally ordered and the food came, was incomplete, and the drinks came out after. We want to support our local Prosper businesses but this will not be on that list any longerUpdate: we have been back numerous times after the owner response. I can safely say that our bad experience was an aberration. Every time we have gone since my review, the service has been excellent and the food has been good. On top of that, it is a small restaurant and we still rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for a table. People are missing out...Changing to 5 stars as this has become our go-to spot for weekend breakfast...

Like many folks, we have not been eating out very much. We used to visit Wisk at least twice a month, so at the last moment, we decided to have a late lunch during the week. Mr. G, the owner, greeted us in his usual friendly way, and we got our coffee, tea, and water quickly. There are a range of yummy items from breakfast to lunch, but we settled on two of our favorites, the meat lovers skillet for Bruce, and the English lemon curd and blueberry pancakes for me. Everything came out perfect, hot, and tasty. The lemon curd is sourced from a specific company and it has just the perfect blend of tart to sweet ratio. The pancakes are light and with the slightly more dessert type meal, I chose to add on strawberries and blueberries to feel a little more healthy ? The meat lover's skillet was served on my husband's choice of crisp hash browns, and he ate every tasty morsel of the skillet, but by then, was full enough to take his rye bread home for later. Wisk uses SegaFredo coffee which is the perfect compliment to the food. Service was excellent, as always, and we hope it will not be as long until we stop in next time. Even if you only have time to stop for one of their scrumptious cinnamon rolls and coffee, enjoy their lovely hospitality, awesome service, fantastic food, in the comfortable setting they have created.

I really enjoyed wisk. Their food was exactly what I expected it to be and the staff was all so sweet. My only complaint is that my friend and I were there for quite a while, and after we paid, we were basically invisible. No more drink refills, no checking on us. I know that's pretty standard (which really bothers me) but this felt extreme because we were basically the only ones there and we were there for like 2 hours. A little more water would.have been nice? But other than that, great.
