This was our first time getting food from Taco Bueno for several years. After seeing the condition of our tacos, we remembered why we haven’t been. We ordered the “Wholelotta Box” and the taco shells were so bare, it should be renamed the “Wholelotta Nothing Box”. Out of the twelve tacos we received, 2 could barely pass for a decent taco. The other 10 were sorely lacking. They were basically shells with lettuce. The rice and beans looked and tasted as though they were 3 days old and had just been stuck under a warmer. The entire experience and quality was incredibly disappointing. The only good thing about the visit was the interaction with employees during the ordering process.

I ordered a medium drink. After I paid for it I asked how much would it cost to make it a large. The cashier said she couldn’t just charge for the difference on the machine and just gave me a large cup. I learned a new trick, and it wasn’t somebodies mom this time.

Visited this location today. There are no issues with my food or visit. I just wish it was a little hotter. However, a quick 20 minutes in my oven did the trick. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
This is by far the worst Taco Bueno location I've ever been to. I work walking distance away from this place so I've tried getting food from this location on several occasions and they don't even reply at the drive thru. Last time I went they gave me the wrong order and the second to last time I went they told me to pull up and wait even though there was nobody behind me. I sat their and waited for my order for OVER 20 minutes which was way too generous of me. I go in and ask where is my order and the woman up front asked me what my order was and I had to reorder and wait again..Mind you there was nobody else in the establishment. Yall need new management really badly. This place needs a whole new staff.

Went there to order tacos at the drive thru. Waited and waited saying hello at least 3 times. Finally someone answered and took the order.imd you they were not busy and no one was in line. Got to the window and waited and waited again with people coming to the window but not acknowledging that we were there. Finally I got fed up after sitting there for a total of 10 plus minutes. Drove off as we were never greeted or acknowledged. Won't be back as this store is constantly failing at the said assignment.

I went through the drive thru on my lunch break and I could faintly hear someone on the speaker and I sat there for a moment but nothing but a whisper so I pulled up to the window. The lady taking my order thought I was the lady behind me and I said no one could hear me and I couldn’t hear so I pulled up. She takes my order and I ordered beef nachos and a side of queso. I will post a photo of what I got. I’m super disappointed because this location is normally really good.
