Ordered 20 wings. Nothing else. Received cheese fries. Not sure how easy bagging a receipt correctly can be. Called to politely let them know I’d like to receive my wings. Didn’t accommodate and were quick to respond with all I can do is refund you. Guess I’ll have a glass of water tonight for dinner.

Monisa is so nice they really make sure your order is right and care about their customers
Staff were extremely unprofessional. Came in at 11:35, didn’t acknowledge us for over a minute even though all 6 of them stood talking amongst themselves, just running out the clock. When they begrudgingly looked our way they asked if we were there for takeout, when we said no, and wanted to place an order they were visibly annoyed. We asked what time they stopped accepting orders and they said 11:45, but never left the back. We eventually became frustrated and left. I guess what can I expect from a bunch of 30 year-olds working at wing stop as a career. Good luck

Came in here at 11:35, there was about 6 workers and just stared at us, they started to speak Spanish amongst themselves and then asked us if we were there to pick up, I said no, we wanted to place an order and asked what time did they stop taking orders one of the ladies said 11:45 because they left at 12, yet nobody came took our order. Terrible service! The staff is not friendly at all.

They gave me half cooked wings.They were cold inside. They made them again and brought them back to me without even saying they were sorry. Last time at this Wingstop!! Quality of food and customer service still matter!

Been coming here a while. Usually come in late evening. Last two times my fries where at least 45 min old. Last being 1/28/24 Soggy and cold. I arrive before my order is ready specifically for fresh fries. Trashed them both times. Didn't say anything to the staff because it was late and I didn't want them to have to cook more. I'm boycotting until this has been addressed. I'm will to change it to 5 stars if this comment gets replied to and the next time I come in the fries are fresh. Also as a helpful tip. The fries start getting soggy after 60 secs in a closed bag. Leaving the bag open will not affect temp that much, but they will stay crisp. The wings are already boxed so no need to worry about that. Nothing against the guy at the register tonight as he was nice. Forgot to add, They gave me warm blue cheese instead of refriderated ranch as requested. Also didn't add extra seasoning on fries as requested.

Don’t expect your order to be ready in time. We placed our order for 6:30 pickup. I waited in store for 30 minutes and finally got the chance to ask if they were close with my order and at 7:10 they said they just started the order and it would take another 20 min. Didn’t get the order until 7:30. It was a Friday night understandably but completely unacceptable. The guy working the front needs a more efficient system of calling out orders. There would be 5-6 order ready and sitting there and he would not call out names but rather let each person go up and ask to check on their order. It got to the point people would just lean over and start checking the bags on their own. Complete chaos.
