I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered my food through the app 1 hour prior to my arrival. When I got to the store they said my food was not ready so I waited 15 minutes to see if it would be ready. I checked again with them to see if they even had a ticket with my name on it. They did not and instead of checking to see if the order fully went through they just made me wait another 20 minutes. 1 hour later of my continuing to check to see if my order came through they still did nothing. Did try to make my order, didn’t try to help at all! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I love wing stop but I will not be back to this store ever. Even after submitting complaints about what happened not one ever reached out from the store. I am so disappointed since this is the closest one to me. Do better next time. Looks like I’m not the only one with these problems.

Decent enough food being that they’re just wing but if you have any issue and need to talk to an employee good luck! My issue is more than I want to write but just know if you need to speak with a worker you've been warned.

Food was incredible, But whatever you do, don’t get the drinks! All the drinks have a really not nasty aftertaste! Management please do something about this!I’m willing to change my rating if the machine gets fixed. I’ll try to drink machine one month from this review and reconsider my review.

Very bad service, the cooks come and go and do not wash their hands and when I reported to the manager I told them to wash their hands and they lied that they had already washed them and I told them that it was a lie and the manager answered me well they just washed them now but they had already touched

Empire V & L Construction

Manager and employees were working as mechanics in the parking lot right in front of the building, none of them wash their hands while cooking or working on their car, food was taking forever when we noticed the cooks were going in and out to work on the car and none of them washed their hands, when we finally complained to the manager, she went in the kitchen and yelled out to them to wash their hands because the guys (us ) outside were asking to wash their hands, she comes back to the tables and said they did wash their hands, we were watching all the time and she still denied it. This is a huge problem and the health department should get involved. On the other hand they speak no English. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

This spot is terrible. I bet everyone orders in, but if you walked in here, I doubt you’d be able to eat the food. It’s so grimy and filthy. The beverage dispenser is terribly dirty and doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. Yuck! Food was wack too.

Placed a order over the phone with automatic response and they confirmed my order, when I got to the store they couldn't find my order for a bit but after they did said it was for 10 of certain 1 type of wings. I explained that order was taken incorrectly and what I was supposed to receive. They said ok went back and that was that.. me thinking now that I'm gonna get what I had originally ordered and corrected in person I didn't bother checking. I come home and sure enough the order was incorrect even though I specifically told them what the correct flavors were at the store. I call in and finally get a hold of the person to let them know that my order was incorrect and she said that it's not the cooks fault but mine pretty much in so many words and that I would I have to order online and pay again.......... didn't get resolved, I hung up not wanting to argue and will never be going back to this wing stop....... reason why there's a 2.8 rating before my 1 star review....
