I love Dairy Queen. I dislike how "hit-and-miss" it seems to be here lately and this one is a prime example. First, the sound of the wait staff was off-putting. The food turned out ok, but we didn't receive our entire order. The person I was with wouldn't let me go in and get the rest of the order, so we left. When I say the food was ok, it was just ok. I enjoy Mineola's Dairy Queen, because the staff is friendly, helpful and always seem upbeat, even when slammed with business. Their food is hot and good and I've not had missing items in my order, but, again, Dairy Queens seems to be "hit-and-miss" now-a-days. This one just needs a little leadership and it should turn out to be as good as it used to be.

I liked this place. Food was great very friendly people and the prices where fair. Even had limited truck parking in the back. After being stuck working in Chicago for 5 months this place was very refreshing.
Employees are trained to up charge your combo and not tell you even when you don’t ask. Very rude employees and food portions aren’t near as good as neighboring mineola. Will never return to this location.

We ordered 3 burgers and 2 of the 3 were correct, got home and the jalitos burger had NO Jalitos on it. Didn't check before we left, disappointed because they weren't even busy when we ordered.
