I was very surprised. Good product, wonderfully decorated environment, appropriately priced. Bad service. Surprised that a company would put that much into a restaurant and then turn it over to a group of 5 or 6 teenagers to run with no visible management there. Tables were left un-bused all around us, the young woman working the counter was absolutely unknowledgeable of their products and wanted to argue with us about requesting something directly off of their printed menu.
