I ordered to go. Good service on the phone and in the store. The wicked hot Chicken sandwiches are awesome; Hot but good. The coleslaw is pretty good, could have been a bit more crunchy and fresh, but the flavor was good. Chicken and waffles are good too. Overall, I'd give it a thumbs up ?? I'll be frequenting this place.

Not too sure what went wrong. But I ordered a catfish plate for my friend. The catfish was fried to a dark dark brown color. I truly wish I had gotten a picture. The sandwiches, I could have sworn were supposed to coke with Cole slaw.... Neither one did.....I get mistakes happen, but like it was 2pm on a Friday with 1 person in front of me. Even the lady working the cash register said "you walked in and were just being all crazy and loud in the back, sorry about that".....This was my first and last time visiting the restaurant.

Ordered & picked up the food & noticed first of all that the container was much smaller than usual. Was told ran out of fries & replaced one with mac & cheese which was fine cause I don't eat the fries. Well both orders have mac & cheese & no fries. Chicken was extra small like nuggets instead of tenders. I didn't get my extra sauce I paid for. Also the number 1 comes with tenders, bread, fries & drink. For some reason when ordered online, u have to pay extra for a drink although ur being charged the same price. Just went ahead & left, decided to leave a review & never go back. Worst experience we've had here.

Probably the first time I've ever written a review... Very unfortunate. My mother, uncle and I came to this establishment about 12:15pm.We ordered our food and sat and waited. At about 12:50 (YES, 30+ min) the waitress comes to tell us that the waffle maker isn't working. That's fine, things happen so she tells us we can sub our waffle for a side.Red flag #1She told us she had to ask if a side could be subbed for an entree that us unavailable even though we paid for it.We compromised and got fries. At about 1pm we finally got our food (no drinks). I asked could we have extra sauce and the manager I'm assuming didn't respond, walked to the back and gave me one sauce and then walked out of the door. I asked the waitress could I have a sauce for my mom and uncle and I was told I needed to pay extra. I explained that we were given extra sides because our entree that we paid for was unavailable and we should be compensated for the sides. She replied "the waffle situation has been taken care of". It was not, we just compromised but "taken care of" is us getting what we paid for. So I asked if there was someone I could speak to. She told me she'll get her (she walked out earlier)Red flag #2When she came in and I asked her and explained to her as well she didn't say a word to me (AGAIN) and in an malicious tone says "just give them the sauce" and storms out the door yet againOnce we got out sauces we walk out and hear the same young lady shouting, and then slamming her car door walking back into the establish.I am not sure why or what would cause such an uproar over $1 when our bill was $45... Paying a literal dollar is not an issue but unfortunately I do not want to eat at this place after such an abysmal experience.I hope that young lady is doing alright... Honestly
