The food and service were all very good except that it doesn't seem to me that the crush pepper and parmesan they want to sell you for 1 dollar and more because other pizzerias give it to you.

Stopped in to this Pizza Hut . Walked in grabbed a menu looking forward to ordering a pizza . Stood there for a while then manger stepped out and told 2 of your employees she was gone . So I waited till she was done and left . Kept waiting . Your cook stepped out asked if I had an order number or online order . Told her want to order . She said the girls would help me . So I waited they seemed to have a good conversation going amongst themselves . So I continued to wait . Not even a will be right with u or have u been helped being the customer at the time. I’m very Disappointed I just dropped your menu on the counter top and left . From the reviews I guess ur pizza is good but as for your customer service well not good .

We had lunch delivered to a physical therapy department to say "Thanks". They told us that the pizzas were delicious and that the delivery was on time and courteous. Great job Pizza Hut of Refugio Texas! We will definitely order again.

Darn good pizza. It was our first time using delivery here at the Refugio location and we were very pleased. Pizza arrived hot and even 10 minutes early. Driver was courteous. Our pizza was delicious. Tried something a little different. Hand tossed, buffalo sauce, grilled chicken, onions, and green peppers. Very tasty.

After being a loyal customer, I just experienced the absolute worst customer service. When I asked questions to understand how my payment got screwed up, they blamed the call center then hung up on me. Disappointing. Frozen pizzas out-pizza the Hut.
