Wrong order, placed another order trying to get it right. Came wrong again. Called the store and was told I didn't order right. Went up to the store and showed them the order and was notably upset. The young girl working the counter told me I was hurting her by asking that she acknowledge the wrong order. I will never order from this store again and it was my favorite store before this. 45.00 in Uber Eats orders and never got what I ordered!!

Stopped in here for some tasty treats after spending a few hours at the arcade next door. I grew up in the area in the 80’s, and this location has been here for as long as I can remember. The service and selection were solid. Chicken and waffle flavored ice cream???? Yes please!Not the cleanest establishment I’ve ever been in, but when a place has been open as long as this particular BR has, you’ve got to give them a little grace.

I hadn't eaten any of their ice cream in years. The malt was watery and the sugar free ice cream cone was only okay. This was very sad.

I rarely give bad reviews. Even if a business is making an effort, I usually give it a chance. Last night was an exception. We ordered delivery for two items. Paid for the items, plus the delivery, plus the tip. When it arrived, there was only one item. We immediately contacted the store via phone. There was only an option to leave a message. We replied through the order only to be told. Sorry. We will credit you back $4. That didn't even cover our costs that we had paid. Whatever happened to "making it right". I've been in business for over 30 years. If I told my customer sorry and gave them back half their money ... I would not have much of a business. When you make a mistake, own it and make it right. Hopefully management complete some training on customer service.

First that I came the 5 minutes before closing the girls had a bad attitude, slaming the doors, but when two police officers walked in they hello welcome smiling. I went in yesterday thinking its was going to be better my and my niece where wating to get served or help for 3 minutes a group of maybe 6 or 8 guys walked and where asked what they need and got helped. I PREFER TO GO BRAUMS than here.
