Ordered guntur mirchi biryani - chicken. It was bland not at all spicy, it has very less chicken pieces, it was not at all fresh biryani. Very disappointedOther Bawarchi is far - far better.

Ordered delivery and they didn’t deliver. Still charged me. Call them it goes to voicemail. If you get a human they tell you to call back. Now will have to work with my bank to recover funds

Bawarchi Indian Cuisine - Richardson Next to the Modern Thai SpaI had an extremely disappointing experience at your restaurant due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the black dress girl at the front desk. Despite being free, she neglected to take my order until I approached her myself, insisting on payment before serving me—a departure from the usual practice. Her refusal to take additional orders without upfront payment led me to abandon my plans for a second item and leave the restaurant altogether. This encounter left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, as I believe that such behavior is unacceptable in a customer service-oriented industry. I hope that steps are taken to address this issue to ensure that future patrons do not encounter similar treatment. I advise against visiting this restaurant while she is on duty.

The girl who is on front desk didn’t provide good service. She was very rude and not even coming to take order even when she’s free by herself, as I’m on dine in. I only went to the desk and given my order. She told she’ll get the item only once I pay for it which is not the case usually with other front desk workers there. I thought to order extra item while I was still eating she said she’ll get that if I pay first. So I ended up without ordering second item and left the restaurant. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. Very rude behavior towards customers.

Finished dining at 10:20 pm on Friday night - Apr 19, 2024 and writing this review at 10:25.Ordered one Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani and it was horrible to say the least.The order came our cold not even warm. If you’re an experienced eater you will know just from the looks of it that the biryani is not fresh and refrigerated which is microwaved. The rice were not vibrant, every grain of rice felt dried - fridge dried and you will understand from the texture and the feel of it in your mouth.The chicken leg piece was fridge cold as soon as I cut the piece, it was weird, dried on the outside and the fibrous muscles were also dried. Again, the texture, the taste and the feel of it was just awful.If you’re expecting Hyderabad flavor or the Hyderabad Dum Biryani, I would not recommend it at all.
