Positive: high quality food and drink. Everything we ate was delicious and worth having Neutral: hotel restaurant prices. Everything is a little more expensive in a hotel lobby than elsewhere but that's to be expected. Negative: the wait. We were forgotten about and had to wait roughly 75 mins to get our food after ordering. The whole experience took roughly two hours while we were in a hurry - really soured what could have been a nice time.

Visited this place, they need a little help with service at the bar. Everyone was super nice but service was a little slow and we ordered a drink and waited for quite some time and didn't get our drink after we told 3 people, so we decided to tab out and leave. I think they need more help to work the bar.

Went to a Drive-In pop up. The staff worked their tails off trying to keep everyone happy.

Very pleasant outdoor venue. The drive in theater screen needs to be bigger to accomodate the whole of the parking lot. But still great idea in these Covid times

Great service and great staff and ownership. Drive-In evening during the pandemic make the weekends feel normal again even if it’s from our cars.

horrible service. Leys list how bad it was. 1. tiny screen. 2. as we drive in they say we suggest you park in the middle. then force you where they want for us far corner. 3. gave a small gift bag for games. I really dont care but ours was empty minus dome drink koozie.

Went to the CarBaret Drive-in at Brizo. Best night out during this Covid pandemic. Social distancing, masks, limited contact service. The crowd was so chill & neighborly. The food was delish; brisket & chicken tacos with a fresh salsa verde. Reid & Julie Robinson are the host & hostess extraordinaire. Run, don’t walk to this hip neighborhood spot , when it’s open. In the meantime, catch the weekend social distancing fun at CarBaret @Brizo!

The COVID-19 Pandemic has really put a damper on going out, gathering with others and having fun, but Brizo has found a way to do it in a safe-ish manner a la pop-up drive-in theatre. Watch their Facebook page for announcements of their Friday and Saturday shows. Buy tickets online usually via Eventbrite for $15 for your car load of people to occupy a parking spot or $8 for those who walk up with their own chair. On the evening of the show, arrive early to score the best spot. As you drive up, someone will check your ticket, provide you with a menu and direct you where to go. Smaller cars usually get the front two rows, and taller vehicles occupy the last two rows. Once you have found your spot, adjust your seating, peruse the menu and then turn on your car flashers to get your carhop's attention so you can order. There is a requirement for a food order and a two drink minimum. Also, you must give them a credit card to open a tab. They do not accept cash. The drink menu includes beer, wine, cocktails, and an assortment of non-alcoholic drinks. Food comes out in a styrofoam clamshell container. Your server will give you napkins, and if necessary a packet with plastic silverware, but most food is finger food like street tacos, hotdogs and popcorn. While you wait for your food and the sun to go down, you can enjoy the pre-show. There is usually a band, DJ or some form of live entertainment. If the temperature is decent, you can roll down your windows, but if it is too hot and humid, feel free to roll up your windows, turn on the car, crank the A/C and tune the radio to 93.5 or whatever station they tell you they are broadcasting the show over. The first time I went, there was a double feature of black and white 1950s films The Killer Shrews and The Giant Gila Monster. We only sat through the DH and the first 1-hour film. The second time I went, the live band was the Latin Express followed by the 1995 film Desperado with Antonio Banderas and Selma Hayek. The screen is and rig setup is provided by Vladimir with his company Legacy. If life was back to normal, pre-pandemic, I would probably have only done this once, and never returned, but with the pandemic going on and limited choices for safe entertainment, I don't mind coming out to support this local business, get out of the house, and enjoy some live entertainment. Some people do not wear masks, so you do need to be aware of that. Most of the staff is courteous enough to wear a mask. I wear a mask each time I go and when I interact with the carhop. Once my food and drink is delivered, I take it off to enjoy my food. Since I'm in my car, it is difficult for anyone to really get near me unless they walk by my car, and they usually do that so fast that it isn't too big of an issue. However, you do have the option of rolling up the windows and safely enjoying your meal from your car sans mask.
