This was the worst restaurant and customer service I ever been. Don’t have respect for veterinary senior citizen. Food was so bad never seen the hamburger heated up too much in a microwave with the lettuce and the tomato and the bread done look good done taste good employees dance beak, English, Don don’t know how to handle or take care a senior citizen and don’t have discount for veterinary senior citizen never ever I’m going back to Burger King

Lets start with the service, went through the drive thru and ordered 2, 12 piece chicken fries with 4 Buffalo sauces. They gave me 2 BBQ, went into the store to ask for 4 Buffalo and stood there as the only customer in the store for 5 minutes before receiving any service. Then she handed me 2 Buffalo and proceeded to ignore me when I asked for 2 more. This is not during a rush, I can see the order screens and there are only 3 orders In total. Now for the kitchen...... It is and absolute night mare. There is food all over the floor, not crumbs of food, large chunks of food. And the fryer grease was so old that even though my food wasn't burnt it was still almost black and completely inedible. Couldn't even get a refund because I was still being ignored by the lady at the counter. On top of that the only other lady in the store is sitting on a bucket by the back door smoking Inside the building with the door cracked open. These 2 employees should be fired immediately. There is absolutely no way this place would pass a health Inspection and that Is due to a complete lack of cleanliness by these 2 employees. Absolutely unacceptable.

Filthy dining area and disgusting restrooms. Three staff just standing around and cannot be bothered to take anyone's order. There is no point in this place even being opened. It is a terrible business with horrible employees.

Restaurant hours say open early, have gone at 6:45am on 2 ocassions lights on but no one is there... If not available at least update hours.

They need to seriously update their business hours!I it clearly says that they open at 6am but the times my husband and i have came after 6am it is never open! We sit at the drive thru. Its annoying! Especially when you're trying to get quick breakfast before work! bK has pretty good bfast sandwiches but get it together! It doesn't take much to change your hours id operation

The problem with fast food joints now is all the ways they are trying to cut back. A lot of hamburgers at these eatablishments have either gotten smaller or taste entirely different. Burger King though rather tastes the same, still bland. My complaint was that for the second time in about 2 months, they refused to give me a receipt even after I asked. I write meals off and don't appreciate a place I support being plain cheap. Put the napkins back on the tables and quit asking me how many ketchups I want when I request some. Cheap!!!Probly won't be back.
