Amazing food! I LOVED my brisket quesadilla, and my husband LOVED his fried catfish and shrimp. Good value for the money, too. Carl is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet! He’s a veteran and you can tell he has a passion for serving delicious food. Sorry I forgot to take pics before we devoured our meals!!
Phenomenal. Carl is so talented! Best crab cakes I've ever had! We all got something different (catfish and shrimp, nachos, etc.) and we were all blown away. We will be seeking out this food truck in the future!
