This place has already gone down a lot in customer service compared to when they opened it. I used to go there a lot but lately it's been too bad. Last week we bought two plates of food and when we got home, when we uncovered it, it came spoiled and smelled bad. My wife told me that I was going to return it but the truth is I felt like I didn't want to be embarrassed and we preferred to throw it away but we didn't buy there again nor do I plan to but today I went to buy an order of rice just because I thought that rice doesn't easily go bad But I was surprised, I asked for an order, they charged me 1.89 dollars, it was 10 minutes late for them to give it to me, the rice came in parts cold and parts hot, and I made stiff balls and the worst part was not that, they served me ladlefuls of less than half of the order. container and I told them that is an order and the two girls laughed and told me yes, the truth is just because I needed it so much that in the end I ended up throwing it away. I will never return to that place for food that place needs to change staff and manager apparently All the comments are bad, the owners should take action on that.

I was treated very bad I just got out of the store. I has checked everything and payed and the system froze and they made me pay again. There were two ladies and they were treating me very badly I have proof I had payed. The manager left me talking and walked out on me. I feel humiliated. I hope management gets better. Because they are loosing a lot of valuable customers.

I am not one to complain, but this place disappointed me today, I was very happy to buy 15 scrambled pupusas from To-Go and it turns out that when I got home I was happy because I was going to eat pupusas but it turns out that they came out without flavor, without salt my husband He's from Mexico and even though he doesn't know the real Salvadoran pupusas, he told me that this time they were the worst pupusas he's ever tasted. Because he loves and enjoys eating pupusas. In the place where we live there are no pupusas and every time we come to Richardson we would go to this place and buy 15 to 20 or 25 pupusas and we loved the pupusas in this place, I don't know if Today they changed personnel but the pupusas are not the same as at the beginning? and my sister bought pupusas a few days ago and she says that they were burned on her. We were disappointed in this place today.

Horrible service. I waited 5-8 minutes until someone took my order, and then the cashier had very bad service with an attitude that there was nothing I ordered. The net is very very bad. This place was one of my favorites.

This place is going to give you diarrhea or poison and send someone to the hospital. I bought tacos and the meat stank so bad! Even my son, when uncovering the food, was disgusted by the smell. We told the lady, she thinks that one is new to cooking... The fact that she did not want to accept that the meat smelled like lightning even though another lady also complained about millet later, is truly unacceptable. The food is not fresh, they wait for it until it is all finished. It's a disgusting place really. They're going to kill someone with a bacterium. I'm going to ask an inspector to go check this place out. You're warned. This is not a game, selling spoiled food is very bad for your health, and even more so if they don't accept it and continue serving it….

Portions are big, and my husband couldn’t even finish the plate sometimes. Best choice of value in Richardson, we visit at least once a week for lunch.
