Chick-fil-A is my favorite restaurant to dine at! I am always happy with the quality of the food provided. Lately, when I choose to dine at this location in particular... I am always missing something or something within my order is incorrect... This happens to me quite a few times during the evenings at this location. I have never felt more disappointed making my way through a Chick-fil-A drive thru.

The order was correct. I asked for chic fil-A sauce in the drive through & didn’t get it or the employee didn’t make sure it was in my bag before pulling off the drive through. By the time I noticed I was at home @ 9:45pm an they don’t close till 10pm. I live 11mins away from them
The kids who took my order here where completely rude. I came back three separate occasions and had the same turn out....

Let’s be honest with ourselves. We owe it to the community. Their food quality is definitely in decline from ok to horrible. How can anyone in their right mind argue with facts? How can chick-fil-A allow the production and sale of a food item that looks like this?Any restaurant serving their community low quality food such as this deserves to be talked about and hold accountable.I refuse to consume food from any restaurant that has no standards in the way they produce their food.Is insane for all of you to make claims about this restaurant having great service and food and dismissing the facts showing the opposite.Long lines don’t mean their food is great that is just people wanting to eat low quality food. All of you giving more than 1 or 2 stars are liars and have no standards in the kind of food you put into your bodies. In the same manner, only because the franchise makes their employees say, “My pleasure,” it doesn’t mean anything but is a mere marketing strategy to full people’s egos. Their employee’s nonchalant “My pleasure,” is not genuine, it has a robotic tone and it doesn’t match with the level of service and quality of food they sell. They have lower their food standards greatly. The chicken fillets are smaller than before.

I just went to pick up an order, number one I ordered a lemonade and it was pure ice, two I ordered exactly the sauces and they didn't put them in, I asked for a meal with 4 strips and they gave me. Of 3 what is happening to them, poor organization when delivering
