Fries were warm not hot. Young lady acted like it would hurt her to speak to me while giving me my food. Asked for extra condiments and were told that there were some in the bag.

Check your orders before leaving! I ordered a meal and they only gave me the chicken strips. I wasn't trying to back their line up, but next time, I won't care. I'd rather check than get home, and the food I PAID FOR is missing.

Just ordered a spicy salad with an extra spicy filet through Uber eats and specifically requested avacado lime… they ONLY gave me creamy salsa. My lunch is ruined. Thanks a lot!

Drive through purchase with app.The entrance design is a bit confusing for the location; however, the overall experience was smooth from ordering food, paying, and picking up the food. It was easy and quick. And the food is great of course! I love my fried chicken salad!
About 7:00pm. Drive thru. Order taker was great. Meals were almost cold. Had 2 nuggets and fries meals. Fries were limp and more cold than hot. Nuggets were warm, not hot. We live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant so if food had been hot when we received it, it would have still been hot when we got home. Never had a problem before. The car in front of us was know by employees and several came out to talk with this person in the drive through. So we had to wait in line longer than usual. I love chic-fil-a and have never received a meal I wasn’t looking forward to eating. I will be skeptical from now on.
