I’m completely done choosing this location. It’s closest to my job so it’s convenient for me. In the last 2 months they have messed up 3 of my orders. First they gave me half of a kale salad had to go back and get another one. manager said they weigh them all the same. He went and pulled another time out of the fridge and said I guess this your salad was weighed incorrectly. Slide a new one on the counter and walked off! RUDE!Second I ordered a breakfast grilled sandwich and the chicken was literally half of the sandwich. Called and the lady that answered was RUDE. I end up emailing customer service and they emailed me back and it gave me a free sandwich on the app which was appreciated.Last week I went to go get that free breakfast grilled chicken sandwich went to work and they gave me the wrong order. They gave me a chicken and biscuit and two hashbrowns. I called and I told the young lady what had happened and she said she would put it back on my app. They never did so that will definitely be the last time I go to this Chick-fil-A.
It was a great experience and she asked if I wanted to keep my giftcard and it's reloadable, I thanked her and I will be reloading on Friday;

Food is great. The app updated in Jan 2024 and would not sort itself out for me to order with it. That's frustrating if you modify items and have to order with the employees in the drive through or inside. But they got my order correctly prepared for us. It's a very busy location there, but they manage well.
Only bad experiences at this chicken fila restaurant, go to another. I've gone to this one a few times because it is the closest, but there's always a problem with my order. Also, apparently the app is worthless because if you place an order and say you've arrived, by the time you get through the huge line, at the window they suddenly tell you they're no longer serving breakfast? Even though the app says "order is being made". I arrived at there before 10:30 and because of the long line I arrived at the window, after the time. They tell me they don't necessarily look at the order until you're at the window. (And this is coming from the manager). So your order is ignored, just sitting there on the little computer, not even glanced at. I imagine this problem would not have happened if someone there took the time to look at their online orders. I've never had problems like this at any other chick fila restaurant. I would advise to just skip this one.
