It's best to go inside to make your order because if you order a burrito or bowl through the mobile app they're going to stuff it with mostly just rice. My burrito hardly had any meat & beans. It was mostly rice. It's sad that we have to pay 11+ dollars for mostly rice. This has happened before but I decided to give them another chance. Same outcome

they need to start giving more meat. it’s appalling that each time i go the employees have to slowly scoop and shake some off and put it on the bowl. what’s worse is you can still see the rice under the meat. back then when you would go to chipotle they’d give you enough protein to where it covered most the top part the bowl.

Lately, they have gotten stingy on the portions. I have gone here many times on lunch breaks. Haven't had any problems until recently. Looks like they changed staff. I can't justify spending 12 bucks on a bowl that is half full.

2 attempts to make a delivery order, both times the orders were wrong. Tried to request a refund through the Chipotle website and it only lets you chat with a bot. Cannot get ahold of an actual human. 0/10 customer service. Do not order from this location.

Ordered through their app, but when I arrived they had no diet drinks. Would not refund nor credit my credit card. Had to go thru the app and a laborious chat with a robot. Ended up with a future credit for a free drink. This process is completely unsatisfactory.

absolutely disgusting. I ordered a burrito with lettuce guacamole and white rice. Food was fine until i saw insects crawling in my food. they were black little spiders. disgusting and will NOT be coming back. Only good thing is they gave me a new one.

Quick and fast. Delicious as always this was my second time coming to this one and I love the fast service. Even tho I was completely extra the young lady did my order fastttt. ☺️10/10Vegetarian options: They have beans and sofritas you can get also all the veggies you could want? Not very vegan friendly as there is plenty of dairy products but you don’t have the get them.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking right in the front and a ramp allowing access into the building.Dietary restrictions: They let you customize how you see fit. Offering meatless options.

Very incompetent and rude staff at this Beltline and Plano Rd location. Numerous staff were not on one accord assignment duties. Food preparers rushing and being sloppy my entree. Young, immature, unapologetic, Hispanic manager wanted to act like a emotional thug when he was informed about several behavior observations and services. Afterwards, the mgr threw my food away and told me to Google the corporate or owner's info. Some other customers probably won't be as patient with this staff's behavior. Also, one of LOWEST rated restaurants in a 4 mile radius.
