This was my favorite CICIs in DFW !! It was always clean no matter what time of day or how busy they were and had good seating ! Food was always fresh and tasty !Haven’t been here since the whole COVID thing but decided to go in to order Togo and I see that it’s gone :,(Very sad because the other nearby locations do not compare to this one . Hope to eat CICIs again one day

Absolutely great service and pizza! I noticed they always put out fresh pizza instead of waiting for people to finish the old pizza. This is the only Cici's location that I found to deserve 5 stars. Truly great employees with smiles on their faces. Definitely recommend!

Came in specifically for the macaroni pizza. Nobody was at the pizza counter, so I went ahead and filled out a form and waited for a few minutes while the girl working in the back noticed me more than once and ignored me. Finally her coworker told her to come over to me, and she grabbed the ticket angrily and didn't say a word to me. Extremely rude and there is no need for her attitude. If she doesn't want to be there, find a different job!

This used to be our go-to Cicis but this place has really gone downhill. We went there last week and it was a disaster. There was no pasta and employees did not refill it while we were there, as well as the cinnamon rolls. All my son loves to eat is the pasta and the cinnamon rolls. We were there for almost an hour and nothing. I had to take my son to another place just to get him the dessert I promised him at Cicis. The employees there were more involved in themselves than actually providing customer service. And the manager there is extremely rude. I feel like she questions me with her eyes when I tell her my son is 3 years old. This was the Cicis I went to as a kid and it was the greatest place ever for me. I was hoping my children would be coming here as I did when I was their age. Do not visit this one. Rather go to the one on Spring Valley and Coit. Clean, great service, much much better pizza. You will not be disappointed there.

Good place for Pizza buffet. They even make custom pizza for you and they taste good. Worth the $5.99+taxes paid. Good staff as well. Recommended if you are tight on budget and want to eat food.
We got to this Cicis all the time. It is usually great. However, this time, though the food was great there were 2 Cicis employees in the women's bathroom coloring and/or cutting each others hair. My wife as well as several other women could not use the restroom because the employees mentioned would not let them. One of the workers told some of the women to use the men's bathroom due to the situation. Finally, I told the manager and she made the employees hurry and finish whatever they were doing. When my wife went into the restroom, there was cut hair all over the floor.

This is my go-to location. Never too crowded , they still do custom ordered pizza, the pizza is almost always perfectly cooked and they continuously and make sure that the trays are full. A friendly staff and extremely clean.

Nobody comes to Cicis looking for top quality pizza, but it has a great selection of good pizza for the very low price. Very clean and well maintained.

Out of a dozen or so CiCi's I've tried, this one is probably the best. It's a franchise (that makes a difference), and the management and staff are super helpful and friendly. Because it's a franchise, it has a wider selection of veggies on the salad bar. Pizza is good, and they always have veggie options for their Muslim customers. Very thoughtful.

Some co- workers and I decided to go here for a quick lunch today (9/6/2019 around 11:15 am). When we were all trying to purchase the buffet the manager was getting onto the employees instead of helping her employees work the cashier to be efficient. What really made this a horrible experience was that we did not have to hear the manager discipline or get on to her team in front of us. Situations like this should be taken care of in private, not in public where the employee might feel humiliated. It is very unprofessional of the manager.
