Yall! If you have a sweet tooth you need to run, not walk, here and grab a roll or two. I am a glutton for sugary punishment and this place takes the gold on flavorful goodness. I get the very berry roll but sub the cake batter icing for peanut butter icing. Game on. Reheats in the air fryer perfectly if you can’t get it all in one round.

First Directions: Google Maps gives wrong directions for this location. Simply Go east on beltline turn right at light onto Inge Dr before Central Expressway next to the Alamo studio Grill in the shopping strip. Now, I will tell you that all the frustration to locate this establishment was worth it. Chris the owner welcomed us as we walked in with a smile. The options and varieties of cinnamon rolls were endless. We ordered the Texas Praline Cinnamon rolls and they were outstanding. My friend who worships cinnamon rolls was in heaven. Chris even gave us each a free cookie for our troubles finding the location. Food and service at its finest. Will be back soon.

Pretty good, but for a shop that specializes in cinnamon buns, and calls itself cinnaholic, you'd expect a bit more cinnamon flavor. But the cinnamon quantity was really lacking. Big brands use "natural flavor" to amp up the cinnamon flavor typically. So while a store using only straight cinnamon is admirable, you really need more to match the flavor of what is likely straight cinnamon oil used by big brands. Here there appeared to be only a light dusting of cinnamon betwixt the layers of dough. Not enough to turn it a solid brown color. Quite a few bites tasted more like frosted bread than a cinnamon roll. Tasted like straight dough. The frosting had a great texture but again was a bit lacking in the flavor department.Overall I am not sure why someone would franchise a cinnamon roll shop when they coukd just open their own. There is nothing that special about the rolls here. But overall not bad. Interior had nice vibes and felt like some joint in a cozy college town.

I was in the shopping center picking up food and saw this store and decided to stop in a give it a try. I came in around 7:30pm and it was not busy. I was helped immediately and she was very helpful with her recommendations. I ended up going with the Cookie Monster and took it to go. I have a big sweet tooth but this was too sweet for me. The cinnamon roll itself was pretty dry and hard, it was not enjoyable to eat. Not sure if it was because I went in close to closing or i just got one in a bad batch, but I am not a fan. I felt as if they loaded all these toppings to compensate for the dry cinnamon roll. Overall service was great, cinnamon roll not so much.

A paradise for the sweet tooth.A masterpiece of baked goods.A utopia of all things cinnamon.Cinnaholic settles the debate for best cinnamon rolls in the DFW (imo)!!My girlfriend and I went there for the first time to celebrate her birthday with some dear friends! It was the best decision we could've made for dessert! I loved the design and layout of the store. The server was so welcoming and immediately gave us a run through of the menu. I was so taken away by the display of cinnamon rolls that I just needed to take it all in!We ended up getting four different type of cinnamon rolls: (1) Birthday Cake Roll, (2) Old Skool, (3) Cookie Monster Roll and (4) Customized with Strawberries & Blueberries (I think??).We shared between the 4 of us which I highly recommend, if you're with a group that's you're comfortable with! The combination of all 4 was like laying on a flying cinnamon roll ☺️ Once we finished, I had decided that I will return - after awhile to process all that sugary goodness! My girlfriend would also like to share her thoughts (I would give her preference since it was her birthday celebration):"We all visited this location after dinner on Saturday and each ordered a different cinnamon roll to try! I ordered the birthday cake one which had icing, sprinkles, crushed Oreo and chocolate sauce on top. We thought it was fitting since they took me out for my birthday! I thought it was amazing but I definitely want to go back for the peach cobbler roll. The cinnamon roll is doughy and delightful with a huge helping of icing on top. I will definitely be back next time my sweet tooth kicks in!"Thank you to our friends Bryant & Brooke for treating us to a satisfying dinner and an even more satisfying dessert ?
