The Taproom is a hidden gem! Adam is awesome!Great selection of beers and wine. You can also make a choice from the wine or beer department and bring it over to the taproom. ????. Lots of choices of food too. Fridays offer $10 18" wood-fired cheese pizzas from the pizza station and free appetizers circulated in the bar area!

Friendly crowd every visit. Revolving interesting local brews on tap. Great staff.

Recently reopened. Great service, somewhat limited tap menu (about half of the taps were out of service). Nothing fancy as it’s just a little bar inside of a grocery store, but a great place to try something new. Good selection of wines as well.

I feel silly writing a review about a grocery store, but this is seriously the worst, most poorly organized Whole Foods I've shopped in. I recently moved to the City Line area and was excited there is a Whole Foods around the corner. However, this particular store lacks basic products. At first I thought it was just a smaller store, but it's actually not. I used to shop at the Preston/Forest location and that store was much smaller but had way more product packed into that store. This store feels empty. The main/middle aisles of this store are devoted/wasted on nuts, pet products, vitamins and children's products. Basically products that most people aren't there to buy. The produce section is a quarter of what it usually is and they didn't even have different types of sweet potatoes (most stores usually have 3-4 varieties). The rest of the aisles are frozen food then a whole lot of wine. I walked in looking for items to make tacos. Pretty basic. The butcher only had one type of ground beef (93%) and they did not have ground turkey available. The canned food items only had one small section on the shelf and there was no canned corn to be found. Again, a basic item. Tortillas? Those are at the front by the juice for some reason. I walked around 3 times and could not find the granola bar aisle (Clif, RX, Luna etc), if they even had one. I was also looking to buy bagels and they weren't in the bakery section, rather they were in the dairy section on a random lower shelf (WHY?). Whoever is in charge of this store needs to take notes from other Whole Foods locations (the Preston/Park Lane one is great). This store sucks.

This review is for the coffee bar. I came here around the lunch time for a cup of coffee. There was only one person at the bar. She told me that I had to wait for 15 minutes to order the coffee because she was busying with juice making. I don't know whether or not they're short-handed, but I do know that you weren't suppose to tell a customer to wait 15 minutes to order the coffee because you were busying with something else, especially the customer was on the lunch break.

Waited by the pizza/deli. No one helped me. Helllo??? So, I changed mind and got something else. I expect better from Whole Foods

Love this store! They have many vegan options! They are my one stop shop for everything vegan. I had several refrigerated items and the checker noticed this. She offered to put them all on ice when I mentioned I had a couple more trips after Whole Foods before heading home. Very very excellent customer service. The gentleman bagging the groceries provided the ice packs. It's nice to know excellent customer service still exists. It's definitely at Whole Foods and Plano!

I used to love coming to the bar at City Line, while we love the bartenders, we've seen the store lacking to keep up maintenance. These bar stools are just one example!!

Everyone is super friendly and fruit was very fresh. I've been trying to find good fruit for weeks and this is the only place I've seen it. Keep up the good work! :)

Horrible management. I asked for help finding something and no one took ownership of finding it and wasted my time walking around the store. Even though it is a smaller store it seems like they don't have any technology to help them find things. Everyone seems miserable working there. Disappointed. Not going there again.

LUNCH TIME DURING THE WEEK: Hands down, the most disappointing lunch area of all Whole Foods locations in Dallas. They're always limited on food options, anything with chicken (aside from the wings) are made with thighs. Did they get some sort of deal on thighs or something? Is it laziness? Not sure. Be prepared to get really creative if you want to eat there. There's always an abundance of some sort of tofu dish, there's always green beans, there's always mashed potatoes, there's always some mixture of cooked squash and onions. There's always a cool cauliflower dish too. Did I mention plenty renditions of chicken thighs? There's a pizza area and an area for TexMex. Oh, in the TexMex area, there's chopped chicken thighs and ground been. OHHHHHH..... and an abundance of beans. Let's not forget the salad bar and soups. Again, be prepared to get creative with what you get and how you get it. Extremely disappointing and I'm simply not sure how to solve it. A good start would be for the manager to compare notes with the team at the Allen location. I consider that one to be the best. THREE STARS

This review is on the salad/food bar. I got a new job a couple months ago close to this location and wanted to find a nice salad/food bar. I decided to try out the one at Whole Foods. I really like the food bar. They have a great selection on salad, cold cut meat, vegetables, chicken, and beef. It also has soup and cornbread. The selection is great and quality of the food is good. It does get busy around lunch time and if you get there after 12:30 a lot of the food is gone. I usually get a big salad and it's never cost more than $10. If you are in the area and looking for a good food bar for a reasonable price this is a good option.
