If I lived in Garland area, this would be my second kitchen. Owner of the restaurant served and treated us like family. Food is delicious- best option for vegetarians other than Indian. No fuss, relaxed at home feel. Highly recommend Dire Dawa.

This is the worst habesha restaurant I have ever seen. The inside of the restaurant looks nice and a little bit dark. I ordered veggie combo (በየአይነቱ), the food looks good visually. Don’t judge the book by its cover. As soon as she put it on the table, it smells bad. The shiro wet was spoiled and developed unpleasant Oder and taste. The other entries over cooked by (most probably) frequent warming up of the foods. The foods weren’t fresh.On top of that, their customer service was very poor. I asked the waiter for a check, but she told me to come to the counter. Because she was too lazy to leave the counter or doesn’t have respect to the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Oh my goodness... AMAZING!!! absolutely delicious food and great staff. First time trying Ethiopian food and the only thing I can complain about is that I have not tried this before. We shared the veggie and meat platter. Perfect for two people! I will be coming back.

I'm a vegetarian and was wondering if they had some options i could try. I saw on the menu they had a veggie combo so i ordered that for take out. They were really quick with nice service and the green spinach and lentils turned out to be very flavorful.
