I order from here regularly. The pizza is always consistently good, toppings evenly spread, and staff is friendly. And if you ask for extra-garlic along the crust they will definitely deliver!

Make sure you get that pizza that comes in the Black Box because it's the best pizza that Domino's has ever had and I will continue to come weekly to get that. As a matter of fact I'm about to go ahead and pre-order one now so I can pick it up on my way to work??

Pizza was ordered for delivery. I received a text message alerting that the pizza had delivered however, I never received a knock on the door. I opened my door to see if the pizza was left at my front door but nothing was there. I immediately called the location to report the issue and was told the driver said the pizza had been delivered..Since I opened my door as soon as I received the text and nothing was there, I asked fir a photo of the delivery outside of the door. The driver could not provide one. At this point I was speaking with the manager who told me they could send another pizza but I would havetp pay a delivery fee. (which basically made me feel like he believed that I actually had received the delivery) At that point, I requested a refund but it was denied by the manager. I then asked for his name so I could report the issue to Corporate but he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I called back to get the managers name and he hung up on me again. I then drove to the store but called corporate before I walked in so a representative was on the phone when I walked him. When I walked in. I asked for the managers name but it wasn't provided. The individual at the counter called someone up front. I asked if he was the Manger; when he confirmed that he was, I asked for his name. It was at that time that he said FRANKIE. I also asked if he was the individual that I was just speaking to on the phone and he said yes. He then proceeds to argue with me again rather than working to resolve the issue. Also, unknowingly doing so while corporate was on the phone listening to everything that was going on. Frankie kept mentioning how all calls are recorded which only made me feel better as that would certainly clear up how the issue began. Before today I had ordered many times from this location. This was the first issue I've had and the experience was absolutely terrible. .They failed to deliver my order. Told me I had to pay a delivery fee for a replacement and when I declined that refused to refund my $$$. Corporate is investigating the matter. I hope that no one else has to experience the lack of professionalism that I did today.

My family ordered the XL pizza for my birthday and ending up getting trash when we open up the box.19Jan2023 10PM : Drove 1 hr to bring it back for a refund or replacement and the young manager looked me in the eye and say "it come like that" while the 3 highschool girls behind him giggle on their phone.Edit: owner and corporate reached out and fixes things fast. It's good to know they care about customers experience.
