I come here because I enjoy the food, but there is never not something wrong or missing with my order and when I mention it, I get told off. I mean I eventually get it fixed or end up not caring, but it’s still annoying. I get the workers are students who probably only there to help pay tuition, but that’s no excuse to the constant poor quality. I get how you may be overworked, but as a student who has a job that’s 30 minutes away at a restaurant that is fairly busy, this behavior is fairly unreasonable. Train the employees better.

First time ordering at Einstein Bagel Bros. aaand they gave me something completely different from my order, I wanted desperately to go back but classes put me in a rush. So 7$ for an incorrect unsatisfying breakfast bagel. Would not recommend, but if you enjoy it here DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT COMES OUT.

Worst Einstein I've ever been to. What is this???? Genuine garbage, never coming to this one again, not even as a last resort. I'm a college student, I'm not this crap at my job. Pure laziness. Poorly made food. They gave me a pre-made, cold, hard sandwich. I want to know how long it was sitting out before they finally got someone who ordered it.

Good bagels, poor coffee. Used to not be charged for less or no ice, but now suddenly it costs. The ice in my drink filled almost the entire cup, so it was $4.50 for maybe half a small cup of coffee.

I wish I could say this place was good, because it's in a convenient place and sells breakfast bagels which I usually enjoy.However, when 75% of all of my orders reach me with either a) missing items, b) the wrong drink, or c) literally the wrong sandwich, it makes it really hard to like ordering from here.I order online through the Starship app most of the time, and I can't recall having a single good experience with this place through that. This morning I ordered an All-Nighter, an Applewood Bacon & Cheddar on an asiago bagel, a toasted chocolate chip bagel with no spread, and a Sweet Cream Caramel Cooler.What I got was an All-Nighter, some weird sandwich I don't even think is on their menu(everything bagel, egg, spinach, tomato, avocado, and some kind of orange-colored spread), a toasted chocolate chip bagel with a cream cheese spread, and an unblended Sweet Cream Caramel Cooler that I had to blend myself.A real disappointment, but the All-Nighter was good at least. When they get you the right food, it's pretty tasty.I'm not going to be ordering from here anymore, which is a shame because I used to like them a whole lot. I might go to the physical location sometimes, but my experience doing that has also been less than amazing too, because the customer service has been very hit or miss.

I don't know what happened to EBB at UTD. Their sandwiches used to be filling and delicious, but now they are just filling. The staff is nice and the service is decent, however, it's all about taste at the end of the day when it comes to food. If it was not due to proximity reasons, I would not go back.

Bad service, very slow. I was the only one there and they took 20 minutes and still forgot my latte. Never put my hash brown in bagel. It’s like they don’t know what they’re doing. I will never come back to this location

Seems this place has gotten a lot of bad reviews. I can see why it has closed down. Place is locked up tighter than a drum on Tuesday @ 8:45 in the morning.

Constantly out of items, they don’t inform you until after you pay and receive your order. They also gave me half as much turkey as they usually do, and when I brought it up they said “there’s a shortage”. Ridiculous customer service…

Please bring back the numbering system for orders. The name system leads to confusion (people might mishear their name), it's easier for people to take other people's orders on purpose (you don't check against an ID or write the name on the receipt, so it's easy to fake), and it's embarrassing (to say the least) when the cashier calls you by a name you haven't used in a year.
