“I was coming back from a ride and decided to try this restaurant as it was close to my home and new to me. This was the first time in years that I had had Ethiopian food. I’m telling you it was a great way to return.Their Geba Weta is a great dish. I’m sure all of the others are just as good. “In fairness, I hadn't had Ethiopian food before this visit so I can't compare to other Ethiopian places. However, the food was AMAZING! We got the veggie combo with lots of lentils, cabbage, etc and Addis Abeba tibs. The service was great too and the gal was very patient and helpful. Oh, and the iced tea was delish too!“
“If I lived in Garland area, this would be my second kitchen. Owner of the restaurant served and treated us like family. Food is delicious- best option for vegetarians other than Indian. No fuss, relaxed at home feel. Highly recommend Dire Dawa.“
