Well, got there at 10:30pm on 2/24/24…Saturday. First off the pool area was a bit warm. Was there for 30 minutes and the waitress working the area didn’t even acknowledge us or ask us if we needed anything. She was not happy to be there and you could tell. So I thought, I’ll go up to the bar and get a drink. The girl at the service bar was busy so I’m not blaming her, but 1 bartender just looked at me and walked right past me and the other one was busy talking at the other end. Waited at least 5-7 mins and I was like “guess they don’t want my money.” And I was thirsty af and ready to spend some money. Me and my friend are former bar and restaurant management. We tip 30% and up all the time. Managers were no where to be found and I don’t feel like complaining and being that guy anyway. I’m just amazed on how mush potential money this place loses due to staff not being attentive. Pool tables are not in good shape. We walked out and shook our head and both thought the same thing “can you believe that they didn’t want our money?” Oh well…won’t be back. Last time I was in the area I went on Arapaho to Billiards Den. At least it not hot, they have better tables, and I’ve never had a problem getting a drink there from the waitress or the bar.

Always liked this place, but ... Staff has very little training. 10 of us, waiter comes up to refill ice tea and 5 are trying to get attention for mixed drinks refill. No money in ice tea.

Service is really slow and there are many times when the waitress is nowhere to be found. Has pool tables, punching machine, and darts, but not much else. It's pass unless you've nowhere else to go.

First time coming here last week, place was overall pretty cool, menu and amount of open space were really nice, however our bartender, Delanie I think her name was, was terrible!!! She was so rude, ignored my date and I majority of the night... seemed like she was upset or bothered about being there, chose to pay attention to only certain guests there (maybe her friends or something) and basically ignored everyone else at the bar throughout the night... major bummer. Would come come back, but definitely on a different night if sitting at the bar

Super cool spot. Pool tables were great. Everytging was awesome. I remember there being Fox and Hound locations in Fort Worth that I used to go to all the time since I live on that side of town but I was with my buddy who lives nearby this location and it was everything I remembered about my old haunt.
The place was packed with Detriot Lions fans. Not an empty seat on the place. I felt sorry for the workers as they were busting themselves trying to keep up. But they kept a smile and did the best they could with a small Sunday Crew. They deserve a big GREAT JOB!!!!

Worst service ever until the shift change. We were ignored, not served, not seated, and were told you were early , you don't exist until your reservation. I've had my birthday here before and it was tge best experience. I won't be back. Was told there was no grenadine, when there was. Or it magicly appeared for the next shift. No one in my group were happy. They also took the impossible meat off the menu. It's why we come. I and my 15 friends will not be back!

Browns Backer bar and super kind to out of towners! We had a blast in the Dawg Pound and will definitely be back when in Dallas, especially if the Browns are playing! Food and service were superb!
