Really disappointed. We have been going to Hat Creek for the past few years with our kids, always enjoyed the food and atmosphere until recently. They have dramatically reduced the kids portion sizes. The meal no longer fills my kids up. The drink cups were also reduced in size. The price however has not followed the same metric. It would have been cheaper for me to buy an adult sized meal and had my kids split it.Kid-friendliness: It’s meant to be kid friendly, which it is, just not sure why they reduced the size of the food.

I am not sure why every time I come here I get the worse customer service experience. I asked for vegan burger and the person asked if I want cheese, I asked if the cheese was vegan she got upset and said no. If I asked for vegan burgers what’s the point of asking me if I want regular cheese.

I always pass by this place and I decided to stop by to try them out... I'm so glad I did, the atmosphere is very nice and the service is as well... I tried the cowboy burger with tater tots, with hat sauce and the happy sauce... Let me tell you that happy sauce is a great go to for the tater tots, so thank me later ? The cowboy burger is a must try with the tater tots... 10/10 for the win ?

I ordered the Cobb salad, cheeseburger, and loaded fries ??Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers, salads, and plenty other options.Parking: Very spacious parking area.

Obsessed with this place. It’s got everything. Great service, great food, great place for the kids to run around and it’s safe. They’re usually out of Sauvignon Blanc, but I will happily drink rosé.
