My daughter and my husband both had a churro band ice cream. My daughter's was kind of tough and dry while my husband's was soft, warm, crisp and more fresh. The pho was ok, in a pinch but lacked some depth of flavor in the broth. Pad Thai- same- it tasted like the jarred sauce you can get at your local supermarket. Not terrible, but lacked authenticity. When an 11 year old gets forgo real food and eat ice cream and churros for dinner and their feedback is "It's a little overrated, I thought it would be a better experience" there's some work to be done. Lacked consistency. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Place is clean and lots of social distancing and safety measures in place. Worth another shot post-pandemic.

I think this place is fairly new because I never noticed it before when I looked up vietnamese and Thai fusion restaurants. It's dessert/drink/snack place with a selection of yummy sweet drinks like boba tea, and coffee drinks, you name it, and to my understanding they also sell churros!! But you MAY have to go into the restaurant to order them since I think that right now, the online menu doesn't show they sell them ( I know, sad). But the restaurant also has many other delicious dishes that will leave your vegetarian or non vegetarian taste buds incredibly satisfied, with choices like phở, basil Thai fried rice, pad thai, pad see ew, garlic noodles, and even popcorn chicken. If you haven't been here, go out and try them. I highly recommend the pad see ew lunch special if you can get it!

I was served gross cold dry stale bland churros that are very obviously pre-made hours or possibly days ago and kept lukewarm under a hot lamp or maybe even microwaved. Very, very little cinnamon or any flavor either. Churros are one of my favorite delicacies in the world, and this was a giant let down. Their terrible attempt at making a churro is a failure and an affront to multiple Latin cultures. They are supposed to melt in your mouth and burst with cinnamon flavor, not leave you grossed out and depressed. F this place! I should have known better, a real churro doesn't need tons and tons of other things added to it to be appealing, they should be good enough to stand alone.

Everything is awesome! The garlic noodle was light and fresh. The veggies on that and the sriracha fries were crunchy. The beef on the fries had crispy outside and tender inside. The horchata milk tea wasn't too sweet and the boba was soft. The strawberries shake was made with real strawberries! We finished it off with a chocolate brownie ice cream with churro. That was some high quality ice cream. This place is the bomb!

I was sooo excited to try a churro, but unfortunately i never got one. I arrived at 7:45pm to Hiccups & Churroholic, which is 15 min before they say they close which is at 8pm. I walk to the door and someone at the counter motions with there hands that they are closed. I was sooo confused because i saw people eating inside and the note on the door clearly stated that they closed at 8pm. So i go back to my car and call them to see whats going on, and im told that they close there kitchen at 7:45pm. I told them but your sign says your OPEN until 8pm and all i want is a CHURRO. The person answers well im sorry but we have already turned off everything to cook it with. Im in disbelief. I doubt that i will be returning here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience. They need to change there closing hours to 7:45pm instead of misleading people that they close at 8pm. Thanks for wasting my time and killing my good evening. Update...I tried to go back today before 7:45pm and called in to place a order and a young lady answers and says they are closed and it was only 7:36pm. I said how, you guys told me yesterday you close at 7:45pm she said" no we close at 7:30pm", so at this point im through with this place. Ill try somewhere else! This place is obviously not accommodating, and could care less about their customers, or making money. She also tried to say that dallas had a curfew so there manager said to close, but the restaurant is not in Dallas its in RICHARDSON....

Their famous Flinstone ribs pho is dynamite! Full of flavor, so tender, fall off the bone and a shareable dish. It's humongous! The churros were fun to eat and freshly made, made to order. They were the right crunch. The people were very helpful and friendly. It's our second time here. Will be coming back when in the mood for ribs pho again and churros.

Y'all, these noodles are bomb. Garlic, noodles, and beef? Need I say more? It is best in restaurant, but of course with everything going on, take out works too. I love the huge portion and their teas are pretty good too. I also love their churros, but right now they don't offer it weekdays I believe. I've only had the original, but once it's available again, I want to try the ice cream combos! I love that this location is much closer to me than the Frisco one. Although, this may be great news for my stomach and bad news for my budget.

It's honestly not the best place to have pho. The pho soup itself is pretty bland and not flavorful . And the meat is not suited to my taste. But other than that the drinks are pretty good !! I would go again for the drinks and churros

I would rate this the Best Pho Restaurant in the area. I used to go to Bistro B for pho, until Hiccups open. Not saying that Bistro B is not good, I still like the flavor and their buy 2 get 1 free pho. Nobody can beat it. But Hiccups, they have the best Rib pho in town which beat all the other restaurants. The Rib Pho is so exalted. The giant rib is a winner. The price is reasonable. The meat taste tender and flavorful. The soup base is also a winner. Not taste too MSG. The servers are all very friendly and they are quick. Recommend everyone to try it.

Very disappointed, I went to order/buy a churro because it wasn’t letting me order online and was told they don’t make them anymore and only sold on Friday thru Sunday from 4-7pm? They should at least post this on their Facebook or website before making people drive all the way to be turn down. This was going to be my first time going as a customer and they really disappointed me. They really need to keep their social media updated. Churroholic please keep people posted that you have a limited menu.
