Besides the great pizza and caesar salad dressing, I keep coming back to iFratelli because of the service. They still use their own delivery drivers, which is rare now. They know my name when I call in an order, delivery is fast and free, and the drivers are nice. Never had an incorrect order, but if I did, I am confident they would try to make it right.To the owners: please don't change these things and give in to the third party delivery system like everyone else has. Your employees, customer service, and consistency set you apart from the other pizza places!

Hands down one of the best pizza place IN THE WHOLE DFW metroplex, mr gabe was super nice on the phone, and the taste man UUUUf just scarfed down a large veggie pizza and i want more. Definitely will come back.No heartburn at all. Excellent crust taste.

I just got a pizza delivered to my hotel and I really enjoyed it! The cheese is actually a stronger flavor than most pizza places. Also, the service was amazing. They asked if I wanted a smaller box to keep the leftovers because they knew the original pizza box didn’t fit in the hotel fridges. Delivery driver was also great! Really really good service!

We order ifratelli very often and always have a good experience.We somehow found a complimentary pizza card in our junk drawer and just called to redeem it. Caleb answered to phone to take our order and he was SO pleasant to talk to, even though we were placing an order that costs us nothing but costs them their time and efforts. So easy. FREE DELIVERY, TOO! We are so excited for our pizza!! Yummy!!!

We ordered 6 pizzas tonight for a party. The service was just fine, including delivery. The pizza was a different story. I always looked forward to this pizza as we live out of town and it is not available in our area. However something has changed. The crust was chewy, thicker than usual and very bitter with a bad aftertaste. The cheese was really sharp and bitter as well, couldn't taste any mozzarella. I don't know if the supplier changed, recipe changed or what. Everyone at the party felt the same way unfortunately.

iFratelli Richardson is a great place to get a delicious pizza. iFratelli never lets me down with their fresh toppings and perfectly prepared crust. The team there is friendly and courteous. They always get my order correct and ensure I am happy with my order before I leave the store.

This place used to be great, but they have completely changed their ingredients, and management doesn't even care. The mozzarella cheese they use on the pizza now is absolutely disgusting, it's unedible. I threw the pizza in the trash can... Absolutely horrible! Thought it was me, but I can see on here that many other people are experiencing the same issue. Go back to the old cheese!!! And when we call you to talk to you about it don't lie to us.
