Food was put together very sloppily.I ordered extra pickles. I was charged for extra pickles but only received 2 pickles.However, I received enough lettuce for about 5 sandwiches.

Terrible service, I was rushed through my order, the older lady working the drive-thru called me a racist, that's funny being my name is Garcia. She was not wearing a name tag but the receipt that I had to ask for 2 times says Christe. The Mexican music they had playing at the Jack in the Box was pretty loud and she was singing, I'm not even sure she was an employee sense she was in a t-shirt and jean's. I've gone to this particular Jack in the Box for 16 yrs but I'll make the drive across town to avoid this location and the insults.

2pm on Thurs. No customers in the store. One woman comes to the Register, does something and leaves. Second woman does the same. Manager looks up front, sees me, returns to the back of the store. Guy from the drive through window comes up front, sees me and leaves. I wait another minute and then leave.

My Food was disgusting while high schoolers laugh and playing in background 11/23 evening around 7pm. My lettuce was literally brown on my tacos and sandwich. PLUS THEY DIDNT HAVE ON GLOVES, never going back to this disgusting dirty location.

The person could not understand the order.She kept adding rootbeer. When i said i did not want two rootbeers she removed the kids meal. Finally drove around and got our money back. And had to go somewhere else will never go back to this one.

We all know Jack in the Box - it's fast food. It tastes better than McDonald's, in my opinion, though. I do find it annoying that they have signs advertising items such as potato wedges, and then when I order them, they tell me they're not available. About like any other fast food, I rate it 3 stars. It's not great, and it's not horrible. Their monster tacos are a good deal at two for $3.

I'm not someone to make restaurant complaints but I asked for my order and I literally saw how they prepared it for me without gloves and they didn't give me a receipt, the night employees don't care about the customers, I told them to do it to me again and they didn't do it and they didn't give me the receipt either, I don't know why Jack an the box is not aware of these things, sometimes customers complain about ridiculous things I know but this is not just any complaint

Very frequently we find the store closed before 10 p.m., and some of the staff are really not helpful at all. Once I came in, I was walking, since I work nearby, the door was open, it was before 10 p.m., and a young man, which seemed to be the manager told me they were only serving through the drive through. I only needed some take out, and I had to stand in line outside among the cars. Another the the same thing happened, but a young lady ignored the young man and took my order anyway. In short, be aware of who you employ, and how well they are willing to treat the clients. Small gestures make a big difference
