I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese, a taco, and a bubble tea. The bubble tea was the only good thing, my taco already had hot sauce in it which I don't appreciate and the burger didn't have tomato or lettuce and it had some weird sauce on it.

The cashiers at night are very rude. I go there several times a week after work which is very late. As soon as you pull up you are met with a bad attitude at the drive thru menu. They're mad that you came there so late... But yet they're open late. I got to the window.. The cashier handed me my food, said your welcome in a rude tone and slammed the window in my face. I literally did no have a chance to say thank you.

They always have a sign saying “understaffed closed for the night” or they always out of half the menuUpdate : I ordered online last month and they gave me the wrong order , they corrected it no problem I left it at that. I ordered again online tonight and they gave me the wrong order again . They never get the online orders here right. They need to start checking the phones instead of just asking for a name.
