Me and my boyfriend tried to come her for a late night snack and they said we aren’t taking any more orders. Then why are you open???? Why say you’re a 24/7 business when really you’re just lazy and don’t want to do your job. I love coming to Jack in the box late at night after having a good night but more than once have we been told that we aren’t taking anymore orders till like 4 am. Makes no sense. If you don’t like working late and doing your job correctly then don’t work there. Whata burger is always better anyways. Because they always are there for you!

I really love going here!I live far away from Richardson/Dallas but come here anyways to hangout with my buddies. My favorite has got to be #4, they cook it with perfection and it tastes like heaven.Kid-friendliness: They supposedly offered my buddies a free burger just for being usual customers! (According to what they said)

It's very chilled here but the food that was advertised was false I got the breakfast combo and it wasn't a lot of food I was disappointed but the workers was nice the breakfast was good tho just small quantity at this
We got there at 3 am and I was with my friend in separate cars. When I tried to order a shake, the worker claimed they were out of shakes... but when my friend ordered behind me, he told her that it would take 20 minutes to make the shake. Afterwards, we ended up going back through the drive-thru to clarify (this time in the same car), and he told us the system was down and he couldn't take orders, and when we asked if that meant he couldn't make food too, he went to "go check." Then he told us he had the ingredients for only ONE shake... and then proceeded to make it in less than 5 minutes (...not 20.) He made a lot of excuses, and none of it lined up at all. Upsetting.

Give Jack in the Box a 4...in comparison to other fast food chains Nice variety of food. Fries are decent as well as the burgers. Mini tacos were straight heart burn though.
Always fast and good food! Haven't had anything there that wasn't amazing. Especially love their breakfast burritos!
