Service was bad. There were about 2-3 people sitting down on their phone when we walked in. (It wasn't empty) Everyone stood up and went behind the counter as soon as we walked in. I asked for missing items that were suppose to be with the meal. They acted like it was too much trouble or petty for me for wanting what was missing and what i paid for. I also ordered salad bar. The lady replenishing the bar kept following me and at every food item i took would reposition the tongs. You could hear her huff and puff from the dislike. At one point i knew what she was doing so i looked at her and she gave me a look like i was bothering her. Definitely didnt feel welcome at that place. Good thing i was just visiting the area because i wouldn't be going back.

Very good service, from the cashier to the man who cleans the tables. Very healthy and delicious salads. The peaceful and clean Richardson locality. I had not been to the restaurant alone for takeout and I really liked it.

I love the salad bar, but I don't like that now you can only go up once.That used to be for the small salad add on to your order. So now I go to Jason's Deli less often.Besides that, Everything was clean and fresh. I had plenty of options to choose from.Vegetarian options: The salad bar is pretty much 90% vegetarian.

Living in Dallas, but originally from New York City I have yet to find a great deli in this area the best I found is Jason's it's OK but not truly exceptional. It is my go to deli when I really need to get a fix of a pastrami sandwich. Hear the prices have gone up, but they've forgotten some of the rolls that they had earlier like a onion roll so that's my take
