They have a TERRIBLE policy about their hot tea pots. I got there at 7pm and ordered a hot tea pot. The girl at the front told us she wouldn’t serve it to us because they were 1 hour away from closing….I was super ANGRY! We drove 30 mins to this place for their tea, arrived with plenty of time before closing and they refused to serve us what we wanted. Terrible customer service.

This is the most mid tier coffee house nothing special just okay. There is so many better places to go to in the area definitely a waste of time and money.

I wanted a drink that was pictured on the menu. It didn't have a name for it for some reason, so I told the girl I wanted whatever was in the picture. I pointed she wouldn't turn around and said, "it could be ___ or _____" It didn't look like either of those things and how do you not know what exactly it is..you work there.. so I once again asked for whatever was in the picture. When she brought it out to me, it wasn't what I wanted. Maybe if she had turned around, she would know what I was talking about, but she's rude, so she didn't. Also, I've never seen a menu with a picture that doesn't state what is in the picture. also their cabinet with their desert is always empty they might as well just take it away since they don't put anything in it. I will not be going back not worth it so many better boba and coffee shops with better customer service.

This is an excellent place to spend time with your friends. The environment is laid back, they have board games, and good beverages. I'll try their food next time I'm here. The food is a bit pricey and their restroom was out of paper towels.

Awesome coffee with a very calming atmosphere. I have been trying new coffee places in the area to do a little work. Also, there are 2 separate sections, one with tables and one with a more relaxing feel (including board games and cards) to enjoy with friends. Bonus - they have real food too!This place is AMAZING!! A must try!

Nice staff, great environment.Been there many times in June...They do offer the patron card (buy 10 get 1 free), but watch out for it by yourself because they won't mention it - otherwise they'd get 5 star from me.

First visit yesterday did not disappoint. Good genuine customer service. Prices are fair. A calm and clean place to drink coffee and chill. Iced coffee was better than expected…..I will be going back for sure.

Im not sure what is up with one of the employees but every time I go she ALWAYS has such a bad attitude. I walk in, go up to the counter and she is just on her phone the WHOLE time doesn't even acknowledge that I am there. She just expected me to start ordering but how am I suppose to know to order when she is busy texting or on insta. Then when I start ordering she makes it seem like its such a chore and inconvenience for her plus my order ends up wrong. when I go back to get it corrected she would roll her eyes at me or give me an ugly look just because I had to make her stop what ever she was doing on her phone so she can remake my drink and I’ve seen her treat other people the same way. Ive tolerated it the past few times but now i don’t feel comfortable going anymore.. i used to love this place but now if i go in and see her i know ill have a bad experience. So if you plan on going just beware of her..

the lady working was so kind, i specifically came for the crepes/waffles but unfortunately they dont sell them anymore so i got the muffin crossaint and was AMAZING, i never write reviews but it was amazing plus the frappecino was so good. i came to study and was so happy to see it quiet and pretty empty (12:30pm on a monday) will def be back.

Update: Customer service has gone down quite a bit. The employees are notably on the phone or listening to music (no biggie) but having to repeat an order multiple times because of it is silly. If I'm honest, it almost feels like you're inconveniencing them for ordering things - it's quite sad since it's such a cute little place.The cheesecake is amazing! I think it gets hard to find good cheesecake and this place definitely hits the spot! I don't think you can go wrong with any of the drinks. We've had the Vietnamese coffee, strawberry tea, Berry mojito, and a few more and have never been disappointed. Plus the atmosphere is really nice inside!

Great location, atmosphere and vibe. Neat place to grab a coffee, tea or other items. It is always rather quiet with soft music playing in the background. If you love a good Thai Tea like I do, then you must visit Java Land. The service is always fast, and the servers are always friendly.

I used to go here a lot when I was in Dallas, recently went back on a Saturday and noticed they don't have as many deserts out like before or food options. Their drinks are very sweet so ask for less sugar if you don't like sweet.
