They have a nice staff but for my first time in years being there and even telling the guy taking my order. I would’ve figured they would try to make it right to make sure I come back but I was wrong. I asked for a chipotle chicken and they gave me just bread and beef. Very disappointed for my lunch to say the least. It wouldn’t be as bad if they were busy but I was the only one in there. Don’t think I’ll return

Will try again but my order was not completed mike's way and a jersey mike's sub isn't quite a jersey mike's sub until its done mike's way. Will adjust review after the next couple visits if things improve.

Usually the friendliest and best location in the area, I'm knocking your rating down a notch for acting patronizing towards me today, like I don't know what I'm talking about that you were out of rosemary parm bread 2 weeks ago. I only come here before my noon shift. I don't know why you guys were out so early in the day, but I was disappointed too. The old adage "the customer is always right" goes a long way. If there was a problem, maybe rather than act like the customer is the problem, figure out how to make it not a problem in the future

Jersey Mike's is the GOAT. Forget Subway and Jimmy John's! I love getting the Original Italian Mike's way with Banana Peppers. To avoid the sandwich getting soggy by the time I got home, I asked for the oil and Red Wine Vinegar on the side and they delivered!Always a 10/10. I used to come here multiple times a week when I didn't work from home and still wish I could sometimes.

This location of Jersey Mike's has not only great sandwhiches, but wonderful customer service and a caring owner. We placed an app order and one of the subs (incorrectly) had lots of mayo on the bread and other contents (we are egg, dairy and gluten-free) so we could not take it. The owner, Pete, went above and beyond in his efforts to replace the sandwhich. His thoughtfulness and concern certainly earned our loyalty.
Started having JM's hot subs since going to this location. Stepped in one day and that smell just hit me and I ordered whatever was already on the grill.Whenever I've been in the place is clean, staff is chill and friendly, and food good.

Customer service makes the big difference between this particular Jersey Mike's and all the other sandwich-type places in the area. We were greeted as we walked in, we were told what "do it Mike's way" meant, we were offered suggestions, we were encouraged to join the club to get discounts, and then we were served a DELICIOUS sandwich, which was custom-made right there in sight, cheese was sliced off the big-o hunka cheese, thick layers of meat added, just the right seasonings with oil and vinegar (optional), 4 choices of breads, could not have been more pleased. They do not offer the option of being toasted or heated, which I thought might be a negative, but it tasted great as it was. We will definitely go back. Thanks for being so customer-oriented and friendly. Definitely influences our decision of where to grab a good sandwich, when there are so many options to choose from.
