The new manager is extremely rude. And I'm not a Karen type personality at all. The former manager would deliver to my location The staff took my order and told me that they could bring it to me this time but it may change in the future. 15 minutes later the GM calls and has an attitude and interrupts me and then proceeds to hang up on me before I find out if I'm getting a refund or credit or whatever. When I asked for the contact information for her manager I got the runaround. So I'm leaving a review on here and reaching out to the corporate email. I buy a very expensive sandwich every time that I go here I will no longer be giving my money to this particular franchise location. I'll go to the location on Campbell.

Order the Jalapeños ranch chicken wrap and paid 4 double chicken with extra sauce, avocado spread, and bacon, with no onions or lettuce. Did not get the extra chicken nor sauce and there were onions. Delivery driver came and threw my food on the table when I left a 25% tip off a 30 dollar order. Disappointed in this around of service.

Have had a consistently good experience here. Staff friendly and polite. We had a big group and took awhile to decide but cashier was helpful and patient. Restrooms and dining area both clean. Music volume just right. Unwich, wraps and sandwiches all delicious.Parking: Free parking lot, plenty of spaceWheelchair accessibility: Easily accessibleDietary restrictions: The unwich is great option for gluten-free diet.

My mom, my kids, and I went there for lunch today, we decided to eat inside there. The young guys working were nice to us but while we were eatting, they were joking around and being really loud. To the point where it was disturbing. Then someone they knew came in and they were cussing. We speak Spanish so we understood. It's their conversation but I have my young kids with me so I don't wanna come somewhere like this if this is the Atmosphere.Also they told us not to take chips since they just restocked. It was weird but I guess it's how they do things.Kid-friendliness: Sad to say it's not kid friendly since they were cussing.

Have been here two separate times, same awful service. The doors were locked both times except the side by the delivery. 1 register down, instead of using the other or rebooting they had to walk over by the driver check in and manually enter my card. Rugs were still laying across booths and trash can wasn't even put up hours after opening. 2 employees, not very friendly. Took almost 10 minutes for my sandwiches with no one in store and still forgot to hand me my side of of ranch.
Went in for the #9 Itailian on multi grain. They sell the day old French bread loaf but not the multichannel. Courteous

On 5-19-23 at 1:35pm had the pleasure of being ignored at this location. If you hate your job so much find something else to do. If you can't say hi or have a nice day you should not be serving the public. Don't know what kind of day these two women were having but it must not have been very good. Think I'll try Jersey Mikes next time.

It was my first time at jimmy John’s and I definitely wouldn’t go back. There wasn’t anything wrong with the food, but the cashier he was very short in communication and it came off pretty rude. As I was leaving the cashier was sitting on the counter playing on his phone while the lady that was making the food was working. Not a very professional place.
