This store has permanently closed. Krispy Kreme in the Dallas area has changed their business model to DFD (Doughnuts Fresh Daily) to service retailers.

Maybe… maybe in the past this place was ok, but now; I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order or eat at this place. The machines are caked with old food and dirt. The floor is dirty and disgusting from the entrance all the way to the food preparation area. Just take a look at the pictures posted. Just zoom in and look. Yuck, I will never stop by again. NEVER !

Came here this morning and had the worst experience ever, and yes I know it's Valentine's Day. The drive-thru was a mile long and the line inside the store had about fifteen people in it. One employee who I think may have been a manager was extremely rude. A woman in line had asked her how much longer it would take and she said she didn't know. Ten minutes later she asked if she could just get her online order through the drive-thru and the employee just ignored her. While everyone inside was standing in a line that was taking forever, the drive-thru was moving. Really? Many of the people in line before me were here long before those people and they were getting served first. Extremely unprofessional.

How on Earth does a Krispy Kreme donut shop run out of their Original Glazed donut?!?! This is the second time this location has not had any! Is it company policy to run out and sale the other types of donuts or just poor management! This is like Braums running out of vanilla ice cream! Do better Krispy Kreme...... Do better!

While the donuts are good and the coffee is okay, the service needs improvement. The drive through microphone apparently doesn’t work well - they can never hear me and I have to pull up to the window. When I asked to speak to a manager about the chronic issue, they acted like it wasn’t their issue. I told them they may want to get the microphone fixed if they care about customers being able to give them business. It seemed like a foreign concept to him!

This Krispy Kreme is by far the worst one I have been to. When you pull up you have to wait in a line for 10-15 minutes to get to the speaker. Once you get to the speaker you are then told to pull to the front to order which is impossible because you have 3-4 cars waiting in front of you. The line is extremely slow for no reason because no one is inside but the employees. It makes no sense why you are waiting so long for donuts. I could’ve have driven to the next location and got my donuts in the amount of time it took to wait in line. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes told for your donuts.

Literally busted a U turn because I noticed the light on for the hot donuts. Mine was cold. I mentioned it to the nice lady for the light being on I expected a hot/warm donut and she said it was made 5 minutes ago and they don't serve hot donuts for the full hour the light is on. I'm sorry but if the donuts aren't hot I think the light should be OFF. So disappointed.

Went when the hot light was on to buy Donuts and to let my kids get a free Donut. The doors was locked so we went through drive thru. Waited almost 30 mins for hot Donuts that never came and the lady tried to charge me for the 3 free Donuts I was suppose to get. Donuts looked deformed and tiny. Very greasy and nasty. They need better customer service as well. I'll drive to a different location next time.

At 10:01am on a Tuesday 11/15/2022, I went through the drive through window. The staff made jokes about me ordering a pumpkin spice latte, but it's on their menu.. Hmm. Ok. Then I proceeded to order a hazelnut latte hot (also on their menu). He then again said "you want a ice camarel latte?" I said no and repeated my order again. Pulled up to the window, he took my card and said "an ice mocha? ". At this point I was done. It wasn't a hard order and I was the only person at the drive through. The staff clearly wasn't paying attention. There's a reason why there were lines wrapped around Starbucks and McDonald. While I couldn't comment on their food and drinks, this establishment clearly needs better staffs.

I like Krispy Kreme. My local store permanently closed, so I placed a pickup order at this location to redeem a gift card and try the Halloween donuts.The service was fine, and the donuts were good. I would consider returning the next time I want Krispy Kreme.

Wore doughnuts ever one of them was raw.We bought regular size no mini to our surprise they were super tiny.y kis are very desapointed . Also this store need better the customer service. Very desapointed. This store was closed for several months. I think we have to drive to better locations. Is sad because we really fan of Krispy kream

2 days ago the case was almost empty. Worker talking at drive thu window and took his time. I bought 3 glazed. They were really old..i fed the birds in the parking lot.Went to Shirley's on Jupiter..old time..very good.Won't go back to Krispy Kreme..workers don't want to do their jobs.

Awful service. I was ordering and everything I had ordered so far they were out of. So I said okay what all are you out of and she said that's it we have everything else. Okay great. Continued to try to order and of course the next thing I asked for they were out of. The pumpkin spice cake donuts were tiiiiiny. Like the size of their mini donuts tiny. The others I got were literally rock hard and dried out. They were indeed "Krispy". Super disappointing. Will not be driving out of my way to go here again.

I should have realized when the exterior of the store was so littered. The glass to see donuts be made was not even viewable, the chain for the conveyer belt is so gross, every donut appeared old and much smaller than any previous purchase I’ve made in Krispy Kreme. Corporate should most certainly visit and so should the health department. Super gross. The bathroom towel dispenser was out of order with a missing towel in the roll had been there long enough to be nearly used up. Ewww. Ewwww. Ewww.
