Wow,This location continues to have rude employees. We were in the store on July 27th, 5:00. Returning some slimy chicken. We had to wait 10 minutes till the woman will long hair came and waited on us. A female customer behind me had to ask her to help us. The customer and I were discussing we had been waiting 10 minutes, but the employee started to argue that it had only been a minute. Nope, it was closer to 12 minutes.

Used the self check out and an item didn't ring up correctly. Hit the attendant notification and Kathleen came over and removed the item then rang it again. It still came up wring so she says it must be that price then. I explain it wasn't. She says I have to go over and look in a minute. She said another customer was trying to steal so she was watching her. After quite a while she goes to look and says it has to be on a digital coupon, you have to download it. I download it and it still rings wrong. She says, I don't know what to tell you except go to customer service. I'd been there quite a while and wasn't going over to wait in another line. I have been to other Kroger stores and they have entered the correct price at the register. Kathleen says she can't. I think she just didn't want to. She was sour this whole time. Some guy named Gilbert came over. I guess he's a manager and I start to tell him and he won't listen. Bad store, sullen employees and poor management. Hope they move out and an HEB comes in.

This store is terrible. It's poorly laid out, items are routinely not in stock, no staff to help locate items, and the cash slot on the self checkout registers don't work. Won't be back to this location

Wow. Tonight was an absolute disaster. The district GM should make a drive by and see the way this store looks tonight. The fruit flies were soooo bad, the produce section was down right DIRTY! Carts were everywhere in the parking lot. The shelves a total wreck. HORRIBLE!

They had EXPIRED FOOD! Look at the date on the blueberries. Do not good here if you want fresh food.

Can you please upgrade the help at the 2 self-checkout lanes? Many more people are circuiting through those than the traditional check out lines. You have 2 or 3 pretty good ones. You have a few that I avoid like the plague. Ill stand in line longer to check out through whichever one is staffed by the good ones. My wife already demands we go to Walmart (Neighborhood) down the road. If your help remains sub-standard, Ill just give in to her wishes and go to Walmart instead.

This location is the "last chance store" for problem employees and is the rudest store I've shopped at because unhappy employees are rude and uncaring and it is filthy the deli has ants, flies, and roaches and crickets and I constantly find frozen food and meat and produce in the cereal isle and unfortunately Lisa the store manager is the worst. This was to be their flagship store but that can't happen with 69% turnover because they start at $8.50 an hour when Walmart and Target start at $15 so you'd think a store that clears $500,000 a week would do better

Booty ass buzz cut employee didn't let us in when I was in diar need for some newborn similac. We got there at 12:48 and he locked the doors. Looked at us multiple times and avoided us knowing the store didn't close for another 12 minutes. Keep God first hoe ass boy. Now my baby girl gone be hungry tonight

I have been going here for 2 years because it is right by my house. I dont think I'll be able to do it anymore. One if their employees sexually harassed my daughter in law. We called and reported it. Yet he is still there. And one of his coworkers said he does it all the time but management won't do anything about it bc they have trouble hiring and they are short staffed. Last night I ran in quickly and used self check out. An employee was looking over my shoulder so closely he was almost touching me. It was creepy and also made me feel like I apparently look like someone who would steal??? Recently my friend and a cashier was literally throwing our groceries at us while we bagged then ourselves. He was also rude and didn't speak to us at all.

Went in today to get my car renewal sticker and the lady that was working in the money order section was extremely rude. Horrible service from the beginning! Not only was she rude to me, but also to another guy who had asked nicely for a box cutter and she replied back in a rude way.

At 7 p.m. on a Sunday they had no one running the registers. The two self check areas where manned. I politely asked if someone could open a register as I had a cart full of groceries and my child with me. They said they couldn't because only 2 employees were in the whole store. Then, the security guard came to tell me that they didn't have anyone to open a register. I replied I will have to leave my cart because you refuse to open a register and he said you do what you have to. The other employee said maybe you should tell her she shouldn't come back. I said that I won't be coming back. There are many choices of where to get my groceries and they will no longer be one of them.

I was in the area and wanted to pick up a few items. I don't usually shop here and haven't been to this location in many years, but I was impressed that the free N95 masks (limit 3 per person) provided by our tax dollars were available at both the entrance and the exit to the store. I like how they have enclosed the dairy/cheese/yogurt displays at the back of the store. I think that will help the merchandise stay a good cool temperature.
