If you've been hearing great things about La Casita, BELIEVE THE HYPE. I used to manage coffee shops and was so spoiled to be surrounded by their pastries everyday (my favorites were the Earl Grey Loaf, Strawberry Guava Poptart, and Cinnamon Roll). Their seasonal pastries are (almost) too pretty to eat, and taste as delicious as they look! The creativity of their pastry offerings is reflected in their coffee menu too. They aren't afraid to pair interesting flavor combinations in their seasonal menu and I just love that so much! DFW is so lucky to have one of the best bakeries in the country with an amazing group of people behind it, right here in the 'burbs. Make a morning of it and go enjoy a weekend brunch or order a big box to share, you won't regret it!***For those considering them as a wholesale partner, I did so much research on other bakeries before LCB was eventually available at my location and I have to say the quality that you're getting, in addition to a great price point, overnight delivery, low minimum requirement, AND they are extremely reliable is just unmatched. Always professional and ordering was so simple. Cannot recommend enough!

excellent Easter brunch! very tasty, creative menu, and not overly pretentious and priced like the places in Dallas where they serve only prix fixe ($85-100/pp).masa ? & grits (like tamale!) and carrot cake ?!!! fluffy and not too sweet. side order of pork sausage really showed you seriousness of food. (charred and juicy) eye opening ?coffee drinks were excellent as well, we had abuelita mocha and americano with orange blossom syrup.

I've been following this bakeshop for years and I'm so excited that I finally got to try it! The place is really cute and way bigger than I image. I tried the churro cruffin, the parmesan pesto croissant, the Paris brest, and the poppyseed financier and they were all delicious. I follow them on Instagram and I'm always floored by the creativity of their changing monthly menus. Looking forward to trying something new soon!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Whenever I travel, the first thing I search is “french bakery” because where I live we have no such thing. My nephew showed me La Casita the night I arrived and I stopped in every day for coffee and pastries. The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful. Whoever is their coffee roaster deserves an award and the baked products are second to none! The scone, Parisian brest and “cruffin” will never be forgotten and all the puff pastry products were flaky, buttery and truly world class. If you find yourself anywhere close to this place, DO NOT miss it!!!!!!!!!!!

The brunch here is exceptional!! The coffee and pastries are amazing, but the BRUNCH!? Oh my gosh. Brad and the rest of the staff were so sweet and kind. The food is just to die for. We for the French toast, eggs Benny and veggie hash. So amazing. A must try!
This was our first stop during our girls trip and la Casita helped us start the trip off strong! We had a wonderful time! The manager Jesus provided OUTSTANDING service! Our server was great as well!! The atmosphere the entire staff created in general was overall amazing! Everything from the food to the dining area, were truly great, you sure won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others back home!
Everything was perfect!!! Food was amazing (I had the chilaquiles). The manger (Jesus) and our server was fantastic!!!! Highly recommend!

You can tell everything served here is prepared with love. Not only the brunch menu, but also their pastries! It’s super cool how they have monthly specials however they sometimes sell out early but it’s always worth it. And the bread is seriously underrated.Kid-friendliness: In the waiting area there’s cute area for the kids filled with toys and books!
They were so so nice. Jesus , the floor manager, was super sweet and engaged with us. Our sever provided that same nice hospitality as well ! And the food was AMAZING . Me and my girls will for sure be returning !

Absolutely delicious and a nice welcoming atmosphere. Our server made sure to ask about food allergies which was very important and didn’t rush us out when we were done eating. Such a lovely place to enjoy brunch with friends and
We ordered their baked goods for years - before they relocated, hired incompetent staff, and actually became impossible to visit. While attempting to go two different mornings, we couldn’t order because they were sold out of virtually everything (did not even offer a menu) before 10am. They didn’t tell us they were all sold out until after they seated us. We chose to leave, but noticed there were pastries at the counter; I asked about them: “oh, those are only to go” … I received an email to reserve Easter brunch. I got excited and attempted to reserve: no times available, followed by an apology email by someone that stated “I’m new”, asking me to try again … no, full. Called the bakery and was asked to leave a message, due to “uh, I don’t know anything about reservations” … no return call. I left another message the next day, sent two emails asking if reservations were available, w/no response … the James Beard award was for their talent of baking, not successfully running a full service restaurant. The response of labeling my factual review as inappropriate is proof of today’s new world of defense. We will not return to LaCasita, whether they return to the successful origin of business or remain as they are.

Honestly, M & Luci could have served me almost anything and I'd still be raving about this place because the service is incredibly thoughtful and personal. The fact that the food and bakery items are TOP TIER is such a bonus with great service. The chilaquiles are every single thing (add the pork, trust me), that sauce on the Benedict... *chefs kiss*, and that Turkish Latte (1/2 sweet) made my entire weekend!I'd only been in previously for baked goods but we will absolutely be back for dine in breakfast again! Loved everything. Felt like home!

I have lived in the Richardson area for a few years now and recently discovered La Casita a few months ago. This has already become one of my favorite restaurants in the entire DFW metroplex and US for that matter. As soon as I left, I started thinking of how soon I can go back. It is that type of place. Not only is their food extraordinary, but their service is unique in that they truly want you to enjoy the experience of La Casita, in addition to their food. Also, their manager, Jesus, was very kind and made sure we had whatever we needed. La Casita is truly one of a kind and I'm beyond thankful to have discovered this utopia!
