Ordered the blueberry cream cheese crepes after an okay American breakfast. The outer parts of the thin pan cakes were very tough...I had to use my knife to separate. I asked for the manager and a very young man listened to me. (over the many years the store manager was an adult). He did really nothing and said 'have a nice rest of your day'. Disappointed after paying ten bucks for this. Also, the American coffee urn had only lukewarm java in it and the soups are overpriced...cup size at 5.40!I don't come in very much anymore.

I came here in high hopes only to get disappointed. I think it's because we normally go to the one off of Mockingbird. The service was extremely slow and by the time that we actually got our one sandwich our soup was cold. Not only that but the sandwich that we normally get, was burnt and crispy smh. When it's normally big and fluffy. Will not be coming back to this location. Also this place is very empty so I don't understand why the service is so slow. Please help me understand.

I gave the food 4 stars because the chicken friand, onion soup were good, but both were just warm. I also ended up with coffee that must have been warm also because it was barely room temperature once I added cream. It took several minutes to get assistance and then I was told that they'd have to make more which would take "a few minutes". Since we were done I asked for a refund and the manager refunded both of our coffees and apologized. On our way out we stopped at the bakery but everyone was busy elsewhere so we left. This location just seemed like it needed more hands on deck in the front and they need to pay better attention to details like food temperature and keeping things refilled. Oh, and many of the utensils were wet!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Madeleine on 1320 W. Campbell Rd in Richardson, TX, and I must commend Sergio for providing an exceptional experience. The establishment was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. During lunch, Sergio's attentive service stood out as he patiently guided me through the menu, offering valuable insights on both food and desserts. His positive demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made the visit truly enjoyable. I left La Madeleine thoroughly satisfied, thanks to Sergio's outstanding customer service.

Place has gone so far downhill. Aside from the quiche, there is very little left that is discernibly French. Last I went there was a kale "powerbowl" salad or some nonsense. At the end of thr day, this French chain is just another victim of the madness of crowds. For all its high falutin' reputation, at the end of the day Americans don't really care for French food. They merely like the idea of it. If that weren't the case, this chain woukd not be in its current state.

Food was very tasty but it seem like it took a long time for it to come out. However, the food was hot.

This was the slowest La Madeleine. Took 25 minutes to get my meal. Everyone who came after me got their orders. I asked what was taking so long. The cashier said "another 5 minutes." If you're not a somebody, you're apparently not priority. No reason was given.

Used to love going to la Madeleine on Lemmon. Stopped in this location and it was FILTHY. Nearly every table was dirty. Someone mentioned it to one of the employees who was in no rush to clear and wipe tables.Used to love the old chicken cordon bleu pasta. Was so excited to see it back on the menu. Unfortunately, it wasn't nearly as good as it used to be. There were small slivers of ham that were so small that I couldn't even taste them. Only found 4 pieces of chicken in the dish. For $13.99, it is a complete ripoff. My friend had a French dip. Good grief, there was barely any meat in his sandwich.Miss the days when bread and jam was free.I won't ever go back to this location. And based on my experience here, it will be a very long time before I stop at another la Madeleine.
