With a not so good atmosphere I didn't feel welcomed or excited to be there. The service was barely passing as they didn't seem to have much customer friendliness. The food however is not the best fish out there. Good if your intentions are to get some OKAY fish.

The food and service were great! I went on February 23rd, 2024. The lady, I think, was the manager, directed her team superbly. Like a Super Bowl quarterback, I'd say. She had them on point and interacted with the customers like a true leader. It was a great meal and service. I'm glad I went.

Customer service was excellent. Food was horrible. Everything, the fish, chicken, the shrimp and fries all tasted like vat fat. I couldn't tell flavor from one to another. All vat fat. Hush puppies and dr. Pepper were good.

The person was hard to hear in the drive thru, when we pulled up we discovered she had the mic way below her lips. My husband mentioned it to her and she adjusted it. The food was good.

I showed up at 6:45. Front doors were locked. They let me Oder in drive thru. Waited 40 minutes behind another vehicle. Got to window and was told they were closing and didn’t have enough fish to fill my order.Why not just tell me they were closed at the drive through speaker instead of making me wait for 40 minutes in the drive through ?
I should have known there would be issues when one an order for one person took about 20 minutes waiting in drive thru. Counter girl fought with lid to a side...yep it spilled all over bag. Then my fish looked like it had been attacked by a shark. No receipt but it was Friday about 7 pm or so. Not worth the effort to drive back and complain.

This was by far the worse experience I've ever encountered in a fast food establishment. On 1/11/2024 at 3:08 pm I proceeded to go to this place after getting off work so I decided to go through the drive thru. As I approached the speaker a female spoke in a very unprofessional way! She never greeted me not to mention while I'm reading the menu she was yelling at some other employee in the building. She asked me to hold on 3 times. I was finally able to place my order and as I pulled up to the drive thru she was still speaking to the other employee while I was right in front of her. To make matters worse she never offered or placed any condiments in my bag. Once I drove off I realized that I had no condiments I even forgot to ask because I couldn't believe how while I was at the window there was absolutely no eye contact or politeness while I was there. I got home and finally started to eat of this food only to be disappointed because the food tasted as if it was old or had been sitting for awhile. I got no crumbs. Just horrible!! Lost my business

Food was cooked well, large portions, and my order was correct. Staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, funny, and polite- made the dine in experience for my daughter and I awesome for her first time having it. Keep up the great work and continue to take care of your wonderful staff!
