I never go back to this place, there were some girls eating and one of the workers chased them away in a very bad way, I went to eat with my girl, the group of girls were not doing anything wrong, they were sitting next to me, I I saw everything that happened, and I asked the worker why she did it and she said because they had not consumed and I saw that they did buy and then she said other things that were not true. It was discrimination because among the small group there were more dark-skinned girls. Saturday happened. February 17 between 12:00 and 1:00 in the afternoon

I dont know what has happened in the past year or so but this location has really gone downhill, and fast! I stopped coming for a few weeks because they always take forever for one simple coffee drink and their hot mocha machine is ALWAYS out of service. So I gave it a shot today since it was on my way to run some errands, and sure enough, same thing! Smh. Mocha machine is "not working" and why do I have to wait almost 10 minutes for a simple frappe?! This is the worst location thus far. Definitely done coming here for sure. Ridiculous.

I was enticed by the buy 1 get one for a dollar. 2 qtr pounders w cheese, and they were tiny. I guess I expected too much. My mistake thinking I'd get more satisfaction. Maybe I'll try it again in 5 more years.

This particular McDonald’s location has been inconsistent in its service. While many members of my family and neighbors visit regularly, the experience can vary. Unfortunately, when Maria, the manager, is on duty, the atmosphere becomes unpleasant. On one occasion, my fiancé ordered a hot chocolate through the mobile app, only to be left waiting at the second window for 10 minutes before being informed that the machine was down and proceeded to walk away. When she came back to the window we requested a refund, Maria seemed to suddenly have difficulty understanding or communicating in English, which was both frustrating, disrespectful and insulting given she was just speaking English perfectly fine. After some time, our hot chocolate mysteriously appeared. It's disappointing that someone with such poor leadership and customer service skills holds a managerial position.

Kiosk weren't working, no drink machines or condiments readily available. Ordering was difficult and the atmosphere indifferent. Sorry, but this is one of the most inhospitable McDs I've ever been in.

Ordered online before breakfast hours were over obviously. My husband comes home from picking up the order to find out half of the order is missing, I call the store to let them know. The manager said it was fine come up there AGAIN to get what they forgot. He pulls up and tells them breakfast hours are over and aren’t serving that. But you told us to go back up there to get what was missing? And for us to go back and againnnnn and get told that???? I had to call the store AGAIN to tell them. For them to go back and tell my husband “oh yes we do have it”Can I contacted? Food is cold anyways. By the time he comes home and eats his food it’ll go to the trash, waste of money

Mixed emotions because there are a few reasons I keep coming back, and one of them is Bella. She Is always friendly and kind. She is quick to fix a mistake or misunderstanding. She remembers our order. But overall, there are a few others that have grown to understand service and kindness matters. My daughters mobile app was messing up. Every time she retrieved a new code, it was not a good code. The male manager rudely advised nothing he can do. She's a kid, sir. But Bella quickly stepped in to turn our experience around. Again, service and kindness matters, it's putting companies out of business! Overall, thanks Bella and the new African American lady with short hair. Great job on making it a joy to stop there most mornings!
