The worst ever I just ordered fries and soda the told me to go to the second window and I waited for 10 minutes till a lady seems like she was the manager came up and said what you got I told her my order and she told me that will take another 5 to 7 minutes. So for a fries and I soda will take them 17 minutes to get it together I don’t know what they are getting me a whole cow maybe . So I left and I told the lady to keep my order to herself and she just said ok.I will rate them below Zero in customer service .

I don’t have a problem with the high school kids coming here after school, I’m usually here from 2:30pm to 3:30pm to work on my computer, and I see that some high schoolers come here by 3 which is when they get out of school, but what I do have a problem with is one specific group of high school boys that come here and make the place generally very rowdy. It’s good that the manager has taken initiative and played her role as a manager to stop this group from causing chaos though.

UPDATE 2024: This place used to be peaceful, but not anymore. Too many kids from the local high school loitering about. Looks like the truancy courthouse will be PACKED this year!I think I'll just go to the bar. Let's see where the noisiest bar is in town. Hopefully Starbucks across the street does better.REDACTED FROM: I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, but this one is nice. It's in a very nice neighborhood. It looks so different since my last time here around 2008 (it's remodeled). The ice cream ? machine works. Also I like the oldies station they have on (Motown, 60s and 70s music). 20 May 2023

If you order through the mobile app, they ALWAYS make you pull to the side to prioritize other orders. (Even when there's no other cars.) I am right now watching 3 other cars that came AFTER me get their food and drive off while I'm still waiting for my order placed 10 minutes ago. The ONLY reason I come here is when my kids ask, otherwise I'd be fine if I never ate here again.

The food is great never had a problem with any one there until now the manager is so rude and one time they accidentally messed up my order i kindly told them if we could order it through the window but the manager was careless and so rude to me for no reason, honestly they should find a new manager, btw she’s white skinned and has glasses I think her name is Daniela I’m not sure but yeah they should find a new manager

Employees are catering to other patrons instead of fluffing ordersFor the most simple order, you topically have to wait almost 20 mins.Focusing more on drive thru and having a line of 7/8 people minimum waiting for orders and returning customers with wrong orders

They threw sauce at my kids and landed in their shoes with all sauce and very disappointment y’all better customer service. I called three times reporting it and they kept saying “I don’t hear you ma’am” But they did because my kids were eating at the restaurant and they were looking at them. By the way HR will be getting involved.
