Came in last night and was having a horrible day. Tried to come in and get food, but they had fully closed early cause they were having events at all the stores. They let me in and were so welcoming dispite them closing for the night. The manager Mattison was so sweet and welcoming regardless of the fact that they had closed. I got to meet Steven the new back of house manager for the location, who was hands down, just a wonderful human, down to earth, understanding, and was willing to wip up fantastic food, regardless of what time it was. Also can't forget to mention Yuri one of the back of house workers and she was fantastic as well. Hands down one of the best locations you can go to. Food is ALWAYS on point and just beautiful souls looking out for your experience. One of the best restaurants in Dallas/Richardson hands down. You have hired a beautiful and hardworking staff that personifies the customer experience. Thanks again. Trust this will always be the only location I go to. Never a bad experience at Monkey King Noodle Co. Stay blessed and thanks again for such amazing service.

Tried this place out for the first time yesterday through UberEats. First, let me say that if you're not a fan of spice then a lot of the dishes may not be for you. But if you are, then you have found the perfect place! We ordered drunken noodles, veggie rolls, orange chicken with fried rice, chicken noodle soup, and spicy cucumber salad. Loved the drunken noodles and spicy cucumber salad the most! The chili crisp is awesome! Chicken noodle soup and orange chicken were also great. Overall, not bad for our first time. Would love to try out their brisket options next time!

First time here. We went at 6p on a Wed., and no one else was there. The service was good, the cashier was friendly, but the food was mid. Soup dumplings 5/10, orange chicken 6/10, chicken fried rice 3/10. It was like an upscale Panda Express with a bar. The vibe was good, but we were literally the only ones there the entire time.

Ordered the Spicy Beef Noodles ? .spicy sauce on side, but after broth had no flavor or seasoning at all I dumped all the oily hot sauce in...no help. The beef tasted frozen & old. Cashier was very nice but would not return for food here. I left & went across the st to Burger St.

The beef in the stir fry was so tender! Atmosphere was lively. Would love to see them expand to San Antonio.

Ordered a little lunch just for me but I knew the two others with me were going to jump in when they smelled this food - - and I was right. Eat with others so you can have a variety. My suggestion - Dan Dan, Orange Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and Soup Dumplings. Order it all - trust me.

The soup dumplings were extremely disappointing. The bottoms fell out of every single one and none had soup in them. Why call them soup dumplings if they don't have soup in them?Save your money and order something else.

Utterly disappointed in this location. Bathrooms out of order (don't know how they stayed open for dine in). The Dan Dan has become more watered down and tasteless. It as if they want to price gouge you by paying for additional flavor. They are out of Sriracha and I was told they can't get it in Dallas. My local Walmart had enough to stock all there stores and the Asian market nearby has it stacked by the case. Seems like they'd rather perpetuate a lie than provide there number one condiment. The soup noodles cold and the managers were meeting at the side table. Everyone was.more interested in eavesdropping than focusing on their assigned task. Headed back to deep ellum to give them a try and if it's the same, start playing the funeral March. Such a shame.

High quality food! High quality staff! Love this place so much. I am a frequent customer and always bring my friends here for dinner any chance I get!! It's a great place for vegetarians and meat lovers. The restaurant is always clean. People there are always kind. For the veg menu - I always order the (1) Three Treasures Stir Fry (2) Scallion Pancakes (3) Veg Tater Tots with peanut sauce (4) Edamame Dumplings (5) Veg Egg Rolls. I prefer it to be spicy however if I am sharing with someone else I will order their death sauce on the side for extra spice if need be.

I heard about this place for a while but finally get to try it and feel a bit disappointed. The food portion and services were great. But i feel that my noodles have no taste. I ordered level 5 spicy, but i can't taste any spiciness. The soup was luke warm. I like my soup to be hot and not lukewarm. The soup also oily,I think my food tastes okay. Is it not bad but it is just not something that i will go out of my way, just to eat here.My husband got chicken noodles, and He likes his food. So again this place is decent, just not for me.

Friendly staff and nice location, but the food was lacking in many ways. I had the soup dumplings and the Dan Dan Noodles. The soup dumplings had no soup inside, they were extremely dry and the meat was chewy like it was overcooked. The Dan Dan noodles came out looking like a soup, it was quite literally filled to the brim with a very bland broth. Overall it was incredibly disappointing.

The manager is nice. We even had a convo about me coming back to order. I was picking up for an uber delivery. Everything we ordered was bland. The orange chicken, beef dumpling soup, three veggies noodle, the brisket fried rice and egg roll. I was expecting a fusion of Asian herbs and spices all up in my mouth. Nah expensive dinner and hungry bellies. This chili oil was so oily I thought my veins would clog up. I felt horrible after trying every single dish. Family and I each tried something different each and we love to critic food, this time I had nothing but negative feedback. I hate that too! If it's oily I'd rather it be olive oil or sesame oil all the way. Not only no cholesterol to think about but it would compliment the herbs and seasoning. Food was tasteless and greased out to say the least!

Ordered the 3 treasures and the noodles were good, but there is so much oil I poured it out into the trash. Very little flavor. The vegetable egg rolls were OK.
