The place itself was okay but the food is where I have the problem. The melt was just dry and when I say dry I mean dryer than a Popeyes biscuit. There was no sauce on the melt itself already the bread was hard as hell crunch sounded like I was about to lose all my teeth ? and the meat and cheese was just thick. Im only giving it 3 stars because everything else was great personal pan pizza was fine it’s just the melt ruined my experience overall may try again.

Ordered our pizza. They gave it away to someone else. Um what?! Ok so..said they would make another one. Well ok considering it's paid for already and you gave it to someone else. Asked about a discount. Nope. No discount but they will remake it. You give a pizza to wrong people and no discount? Nothing but hey we will remake it. It'll be ready In10 minutes. Was not ready in 10 minutes. Approx 1 1/2 hours after ordering the original pizza we get to take a bite and no thank you. I'm already not a fan of Pizza Hut but last time we tried the deep dish or whatever it's called it was actually good. This one not so much. Tasted like it was covered in pure tomato paste. My husband that really likes Pizza Hut said .. that is not good so by now it's 8:30 and pizza is in the trash and we are pulling a frozen pizza out of the freezer to cook instead. Wasted money and time.

The pizza was an hour and 5 mins late and showed up looking like a stone cold piece of cardboard, it was so cold and tough it roughed up the roof of my mouth trying to eat it. Worst of all was the customer service when we called to let them know they said it arrived 1 min before the cut off time so they weren't going to do a thing about it. We ordered this for our entire office so they just lost 10 peoples worth of business for a lifetime, absolutely a junk company and even worse pizza.

This Pizza Hut is the first I've been to without free cheese or chili pepper offered. They instead charge you $1 if u want to add either to your pizza order. The pizza quality I ordered on Saturday was off from my normal. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and when I went to eat it I realized my pizza dough was a millimeter thick. It was barely enough to hold my toppings together. The 3 stars is because the employees were still quick to finish my order and it still tasted pretty decent

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that it was a awesome evening and the venue was clearly the reason for that outstanding celebration. The team contributed in a graceful way, the meals were great and my buddies were extremely thrilled. We shall surely come back again for more events. thanks very much.
The worst. They don't even know how to speak/communicate. I felt like I was in an auction. The only word I could understand was "huh". Really bad customer service. Dominos all the way.

I'm not a customer but the driver here is very rude telling me to move my vehicle. And I didn't even park or block their Pizza Hut store. I parked at a VACANT store next door and they told me that's there property and business. If I have to go here, I wouldnt consider this place to order my pizza because this is very uprofessional way of dealing with a customer.

I wish I could place no stars at all! After placing order online, and waiting for 30 minuets, they are calling to tell me that they are not delivering to my address, which is in north Dallas! Such a BS!! Very disappointing, this business not deserves no clients at all!
