Out of all the Pollo Regio I have been to, this was the far worst establishment I ever been too. The establishment was 50/50 clean. The sauces stand was like its been there for awhile, not really fresh. Some of the employees were nice and some had an attitude. Maybe they were having a bad day. Even though if it were they shouldn't let it effect their work. The food wasn't even hot nor I don't think it was fresh either. I order the carnes asada baked potato. Never seen a baked potato that had nacho cheese mixed with mozzarella cheese or I think it was mozzarella cheese. The carnes asado was cold it wasn't hot nor fresh like it supposed to be. It kind of taste funny, the potato the same. I didn't eat the potato. I did try to get their attention about the food but either they ignore me or just busy. I would had given them higher stars but this was unpleasant experience. I would come back if they correct the mistake and if not I won't be coming back and surely wouldn't be recommending to anyone to come to this establishment.

Came to this location after a long a day of work and it is 8:50pm I place my order waited in line for about 20 minutes I arrive to the window and he had no idea what my order was! Then I proceed to repeat my order he stops me and says we do not have any chips they are already closing the kitchen down already and they will not want to make anymore…. I mentioned to him it is currently 9:15pm you guys close at 10pm you all still have 45min to be open …. He proceeds to tell me well yea I know but they will not want to make any! This location is horrible ! This isn’t the first time this has happen.

Wow! My exbrthrlaw Jerry took me here on Valentine's Day for lunch to go - In fact this was my second. Time & OMG! Well worth the money HE got the loaded chicken Nachos & I got the beef Nachos fully loaded I ate it for 2 meals. The Mgr & Staff (lDied) were OUTSTANDING - FRIENDLY, & CURIOSITY. I'm coming back again.. place was clean,, too.

This is the best grilled chicken in Dallas. Try the green sauce. I once new of a lady worth about 100 million who catered a party with this very chicken.

Usually this is me and my daughters favorite place to go. But this time the chicken was really dry. We never ate at this location before. But like always the rice was delicious. That's our favorite part!!

Terrific chicken and the green salsa is like crack. I would’ve given 5 stars except there was no soap in the men’s bathroom. Yuck.
Food is ok, they took long to give you the orders coz food is fresh and hot. They now have loaded fries which are worth it. Comes with guacamole, sour cream, pico de Gallo, jalapenos. Big plate worths the price, fries are really good crunchy not saggy at all. They also have horchata if you like it n have problems finding a place that sells it. They have a decent variant of Mexican food.

I've been here plenty of times but recently had back to back to back experiences that left me questioning if I should return. First, the food is solid, usually. The first bad experience they ran out if salsa and tortillas (huh?), the second time they forgot half of the order and so I had to come back. The last time I arrived 12 min before closing waited at the drive through, then drive up to the window, and then got out of my car to see if anyone was there. No people to be seen, then saw someone exit later. Bad experience with customer service all three times and no one will attempt to make it up to the guest.. With so many options and this being something I can live without, I'll opt for a different chicken restaurant. Byeeeee

At this location the employees are very respectable and always get my meal correct . So far I’ve been to this location twice and I’ve haven’t had any issues and the food is always fresh and hot. The management are very friendly and I will definitely be coming back.
