Gave it a shot as it recently opened. Its as bad as any other Popeyes. I'm not sure what is happening to all the Popeyes. Bad quality food and bad service all across.

Wanted to give the new location a shot. Did an online order for takeout. The order was correct. Half the food was hot, thr other half was warm at best. Service was terrible . Not one employee looked like they wanted to be there . No greeting or thank you . Typical food and service from Popeyes.

It was a takeout order. 12pc family dinner. I requested that the breasts be mild the rest spicy. Sounds reasonable. The guy behind the counter refused. "We can only do 50/50 was the guys response". We get the food, all 3 breasts were mild, the other parts are mixed (mostly). So, in attempt from guy behind the counter to follow company policy we mostly got what we wanted.It just felt like the guy was trying to be a bit rude.

Little hiccup with the mobile app today, but they were doing their best to help me. I finally had to cancel the mobile order and order inside the restaurant (big order). Everything was tasty and fresh and they gave us a couple cinnamon apple pies as an apology for the problems.

Came to this location since it’s newer to get a better experience but they handed out the old chicken tenders to us. Worse than any other location we’ve been to.

I’ve been to plenty of fast food chains and nearly half the employees are careless. But not here. This Popeyes recently opened and Carla took our order and is a professional. She should work in corporate!! Thank you. We’ll be coming back!

Came around 11:50 Am to get a chicken sandwich and they told me to wait, I waited but was in a rush. They finally took my order, I get to the window and pay, the lady that took my payment looked unhappy. She closed the drive through window fast, I tried asking for my receipt but she left and continued to walk off, I honked and waited about 2 minutes but she never came back. Bad customer service, I do t even know if I was charged correctly, I had to leave since I was on my lunch break.

I had a very very bad experience at this store location on a APP MOBILE ORDER! The young Mexican male worker asked me my name 3x then when I pulled up he asked me again. Given me my drink then tells me to pull up. So me being me I pulled up not even knowing why I had to pull up bc this young male worker nvr tells me why I had to pull up then didn’t clarify to whereas to pull up too bc a vehicle behind me blowed their horn but I overheard this person picking up a mobile order too but their order was ready before mines which clearly doesn’t make sense. Then when I see this customer whom received their mobile/web order then me I got suspicious bc it’s a Mexican n I feel like this locations made sure their own ppl got their order w/o a long wait. So as am waiting damn near 10-15 mins I go inside to c what’s the problem but I rlly just wanted a refund bc at this point am not that hungry nor will spend my money at a establishment that discriminates by whom they help n want to hear. When I went inside I spoken to a female Mexican mgr asking for my refund which she refused bc it’s a web order clearly if I c my name how can u NOT refund. She was clarifying my name w tht damn young male Mexican workers who’s btw horrible as ever don’t communicate well. They were both speaking their SPANISH language inside this location n I felt this was also disrespectful bc what r u saying abt my order/name. Then I got my food all messy w sauce on the outside bag like this mgr was mad r something which I didn’t cared bc y’all already had me wait LONGER THAN EXPECTED. So, I asked this female Mexican mgr abt a better bag she going ask me, “oh did u cancel the order” like why would I do tht when I wanted a refund tht u could had been. I told her I didn’t say that at all so at this point she’s being funny/ignorant. I clearly wanted a paper bag w the handle but she walked away n given me another damn plastic bag. No worker inside was speaking ENGLISH which I find a problem bc I feel like y’all can b talking abt negative things abt a customer as I do not speak espanol.Parking: You’ll have to pull up around the side from drive thru if u have to wait for your order to cook. These workers esp the one I had don’t clarify well as to where to pull up to when it’s a barrier n others cats behind u can’t just go around.

Food is great clean restaurant. got family meal the only problem is not sure if a manager or lead persona shift manager using hand free gloves to shove my fries into the box. That’s what I don’t like.

I ordered take out today, once I got home my ghost pepper chicken wings looked stale and at least 1 day old. The chicken sandwich was dry as hell. I ordered here because of the high reviews but I was left disappointed.
