Ate here for the first time in 20+ years and sadly disappointed. There was no flavor whatsoever. Rice, beans and meat were all bland. It wasn’t busy but was pretty dirty inside as well.

I will spend my money where it is welcome. I love the food, but not that much. Worst service that you could expect from a restaurant. They don’t refill when they are out of something she simply said with look that we are out of fajita veggies showing at the one back of the kitchen and very rude, small portions and tells you you can’t get sauce on the side and gives you the smallest scoop of rice. very horrible experience, seemed very upset to even take my order. Im so upset.

This place man...the goat of all the burrito places around the metroplex. Qdoba just hits different, the ingredients are fresher, they have more hit in the seasoning department. The ladies here are awesome. Get the Cholula chicken burrito bowl and have them put it in a tortilla shell bowl. Thank me later.

I ordered from Qdoba for the first time and it came via door dash. I ordered the loaded soup and chips and queso. The chips and queso arrived, the toppings for the soup arrived, but no soup. I called all of the numbers I found and they all "had a voicemail box that has not been set up". I reached out via the customer feedback link and nothing. How sucky.

I am torn - I've been a fan of Qdoba for years - I tend to prefer it over Chipotle. I always get a bowl with a small side of chips/queso. The food at this location always seems to be fresh and I rarely have an issue with the accuracy of my order. I have two reasons for the average score:1: when I order in store (or pickup), the staff doesn't seem engaged or interested in being there. I'm sure making burritos all day is not the most exciting job but there's a general sad mood. I feel the staff could use some motivation and support. Plus, the tables tend to be dirty - likely due to employees not feeling engaged. 2: it's cheaper to order delivery via DoorDash than through their App. Even with the inflated DoorDash prices, the $5 delivery fee on their app is high. What's crazy - when you order via the Qdoba app, they end up using DoorDash as the delivery company. If the delivery fee was reduced to $2 or $3, the app would be cheaper and I'd feel more comfortable tipping extra for the delivery.

I ordered almost everything burrito, that taste line nothing ! I noticed that he filled up the burrito up with mostly rice and not much of everything else though - which is always a bad sign; why anyone puts plain rice in a burrito I still have not figured out, but when there is more rice than anything else I usually find it to be the sign of some dodgy fast-food place that doesn't really know what they are doing. my burrito finished, wrapped it, and handed it to me straight away. I was a little confused that it wasn't heated up, but figured maybe that's just how they do it here.tortilla was was soggy to the point of being unpleasant. I could not taste any cheese, sauce or any of the different ingredients I asked for it in there. Nor could I taste much beef, because there was simply far too much rice. Even a 1:1 ratio of rice to everything else is way too much in a burrito, but here it was more like 2 portions of rice to 1 portion of everything else.I don't recommend this place .

I rarely leave food reviews and I will be calling the store to let them know but I ordered Qdoba from UberEats and there were multiple hair strands in my food bowl. Utterly disgusting and disappointing.

This was the worst Qdoba ever. Not the taste of the food just the portion size. I got 3 cheese nachos and the work (Spanish guy) gave me way less than half a scoop of everything. You would have thought I ordered a kids meal. And then he told me I couldn’t get pico, guacamole, salsa or anything else beside sour cream and cheese I’ve never ever been told that before and even online they let you add those toppings for FREE. The other Qdoba locations in dfw are better. I was still hungry after lol and that has never happened to me after eating Qdoba
